It would only be appropriate to refer to Johnny in the past tense in relationship to Casey. It is such ancient, brief (and small) history.

I was going to ask this in the Where Are They Now? thread, but figured it'd work better here. I know Kina (RR 13) and Randy (RW 14) dated during Gauntlet 2, but when did they break up? Was she still with him when she did The Duel?

In fact they were still dating when she did Road Rules: Viewers Revenge which was in 2007. They are no longer together because he allegedly cheated on her.
