Not really...Real World/Road Rules/Fesh Meat kids aren't that famous. People would recognize cast members certain cast members like Coral, Beth, The Miz, etc. but hardly anyone else.

Wow TMZ reports....Heidi is out of the hospital on meds. Spencer fired his lawyer, who told him to return, and Spencer is going to sue NBC. Also the cast and some crew mention, they where treated like if they where in "Guantanamo Bay." Some castmembers want out, and NBC is keeping them locked there, and Heidi and Spencer are done, but they can't leave, beause they signed a contract with NBC. By this stage NBC should just give money, to all the charities, and cancel the show IMO.
