There is def. something up with Tonya's departure I just don't see them putting in a twist to get rid of another female when one had quit. Maybe there was a twist elimination where the teams could nominate a male or female and tonya got knocked out by a male. Idk twists just seem unlikely for these challenges since its always a different type of challenge. But I bet Bacchus knows cause he had to know that she left before Katie since she wasn't confirmed gone til after Veronica was confirmed.

There is definitely a twist. I think that Tonya was booted in something much different than an elimination round, but that is just my guess.

If Johanna is gone, I wonder if this could mean there is a possibility of JEK getting eliminated.

It could be possible that one of JEK got eliminated. But if the format is indeed champs vs challengers, I think they would most likely send in Darrel.

Makes you wonder, though, if the girls that normally are eliminated early stuck together and got rid of most of the veteran girls. Girls haven't been known to stick together like the guys on these challenges. They tend to let the guys pull the strings.

Initially, I thought the same. However, with the fact of 15 reported departures, which I truly believe now is up to 17 or 18, there had to be a plan to incorporate some twist or twists given that they are only 14 members to a team. There is a week left, and more planned eliminations imo. I also would be surprised if BMP allowed an uneven M/F ratio for the Final Challenge, which would be unprecedented. I anticipate a total number of 20 departures with 4M/4F when the dust settles.
Why would BMP have a challenge where there were more eliminations than members on 1 team? Yeah, V1man - think outside the box you say, and I'm trying brother. The Gauntlet and Inferno challenges in the past had less or equal eliminations than the number of team members to 1 side.
There are critical things that probably will not be revealed until airtime. However, the question I ask myself is that how members are being selected to go into the face off. Another one is what benefit is it to rid yourself of a supposed strong player that's on your team unless there wasn't some benefit of not having him/her around at the end.
As for J/K/E - until the game rules are broken out, we will not know if and how they manipulated things, but I truly believe before the departure list is complete, perhaps 2 of the 3 will be added to the list. One can hope.

Yeah I do think they're trying to incorporate some twist. I think it probably going to be 8 guys eliminations and 8 girl eliminations then Tonya and Shauvon. They could throw in a few more eliminations depending on how many episodes they're doing.
For JKE, if the format is challengers vs champions, I do see one of them falling before the final. I think Johnny would most likely be the one to go, because he's a follower and Kenny and Evan seem like leaders.
