Have you heard of Ray J.?
Isn't that Brandy's brother?
"I wanna be doooooown
with what you're going through"
haha Oh, Brandy.
I do like how the celebrities were against Khloe getting fired for something that had nothing to do with the game. Even Clint figured they were both safe. Everyone was surprised.
Yay for Natalie being project manager!! And why have Annie and Jesse STILL not been project manager? I'd fire one of them for being such a pansy and not stepping up.
Drunk driving is worst thing in the world Donald? How about murder? Treason? Get off your **** high horse.
That would be interesting.
Joan and Melissa's relationship make me uncomfortable.
I'm glad that there was more to this episode than 1 task. 1 task in a 2 hour episode is too much and drags it out far too long. I like the twist, new task, etc etc.
This Annie/Brande thing is INTERESTING! And yet - I don't think Trump would ever fire Joan unless she walked out and quit, or wins. Idk.
And I'm not reading that spoiler! haha

I can only see one reason why Joan would be fired, and I have a feeling that it will be the exact reason she leaves this game. I believe they alluded to it in the season preview.
I like the two task episode as well. I dvr'd it and this morning when I watched, I wondered what they were going to fill the two hours with now that the cast is gettnig smaller

Can you be more specific, without being spoiler-y? I don't really remember the season preview...
Can you be more specific, without being spoiler-y? I don't really remember the season preview...
Not really...although I'm sure you can figure it out just from watching the last episode. Joan was so upset with the way Melissa was being treated and was fully prepared to leave the game if she was unfairly fired.
If you still want to read on...
From the previews, it looks like one episode comes down to Joan vs Melissa where Joan says she "take the bullet in a second".
I hope you are wrong about your spoiler. I really hope you are wrong.
As for this week's episode, I can't stand Melissa. She is such a jealous person and she won't shut up about it. It is quite clear she has self confidence issues (which are quite understandable.)
Brian grew on me and his firing was somewhat of a surprise. Brande is a major floater and hasn't brought anything to the table. Still, it seems as though he wanted to go and that was enough for Trump to toss him to the curb.
Piers Morgan is back on the show next week. Should be interesting to see what type of dynamic he brings to the mix. I hope that Natalie gets the rival poker players as I can't stand Annie and would love to see the look on her face if Phil Hellmut showed up bidding for the other team!
I can't believe how good this has gotten! The whole Joan vs. Annie thing is really heating up!
2 eliminations tonight leave 6 people left...and they're all hot heads! Looks like more drama next week. niiiiice.

I agree that there is plenty of drama as this point.
I struggled to watch the auction. Not that it was bad, but I can't take that level of embarrassment, even if it is someone else's! Ouch! You could hear a pin drop in that room when Clint was up there and Ivanka's huge fake breasts were perked up in anger, ready to strike!
Natalie was the obvious choice to leave. One, because she was generally boring and two because she was not bringing in the cash. Unlike Brandy (the other do nothing) she probably has specific lines in the sand as to what she is willing to do *hint* *hint* to get a donor to offer up some serious cash.
The Joan and Annie battle was priceless and Piers was perfect. Well, what I mean by perfect is a perfect ****ole who used his many "skills" to stir the pot. It made for one of the best boardrooms this season. He totally called out Jesse on his fund raising and we know from last week that Jesse already said he was sandbagging. Oh, and I asked the same questions as Trump to myself about why Sandra went for him (although I can actually see why if I take a closer look.)
The second challenge was interesting and I have to hand it to Annie for being a good cook and coming up with the dish that the executives liked. Jesse should consider himself lucky, as he did not bring the type of leadership needed (i.e. he did not have a marketing plan and was creepy quiet the entire time) and would have been the clear selection to go home had they lost.
With that said, Clint should have gone home in the second firing - but you know that Trump had to keep him around to fight with Joan next week.

Clint totally needs to be fired ****it! And yeah...it's so obvious that Trump is keeping all the drama makers for the very end!
So as I was watching the preview for next week I think I figured out from the screen images who's REALLY in the finals (since Joan said Melissa would be and that won't be happening)...
I saw a guy in a cowboy hat leaning over to shake hands with Donald...plus the preview shows him looking to his left which is the side Clint is on. This could be be the clip from last season (didn't Trace always wear a hat?) but I thought I saw Annie as well.
I was shocked. Truthfully there is no reason that Melissa should have been fired this week (well, besides her cutting off Trump in the boardroom - Yikes!)
Still, I am no Melissa fan so I was fine with the decision.
Wow though, the after boardroom stuff was insane. She really lost it!

I am glad she is gone for the simple fact that she thought she HBIC. After her firing her and her mother turned into trash, with all kinds of obscenities rolling out of their mouths. I was shocked at how trailer trash they turned in .17 seconds, LOL!
I also just watched the Dennis Rodman firing, how sad to see someone who had such a great future ahead, wasting it away. It seemed like his team genuinely cared for him.
Down to four...who is going to take it? I hope it is Clint Black :)

hbic?
Thanks for posting that, Bacchus.
Honestly, I'm no fan of Melissa's either but that firing (again!) was complete and utter BULLSHIT. Brande should've been fired because she was the Project Manager and they lost. Annie's brilliant "concept" that she took so much credit for still LOST them the task!
Honestly...I agree with Melissa. Her fate was decided before she walked in there!
Also - what was on the note that Trump passed to the other guy! It said something! And even Brande said something like "Once they passed that note, the mood in the room completely changed.."

True, and yet she offered more entertainment in her exit than her so called 15 years of Red Carpet previews. I was always upset at the Claudia Jordan fiasco esp the unnecessary rants from Joan Rivers.
Brandy and Anne definitely railroaded her, and she didn't see it coming. Brilliant.
Of all 3 of Trump's unjustified firings (Jordan, T-Boz, and Rivers) ..... Melissa's was the least disheartening. She should have been fired since the T-boz debacle. Now, if they can X-out mother hen, it will be an almost bearable outcome. Joan Rivers has truly become the miserable old lady who is discontent.
