we think a like molds! We really need to work on the TAR video submission...
*** is Coach talking about with his life or death situations? I kinda spaced out...I also do not like his choice of hairstyle. You are no ninja Coach, you couldn't even get untangled from a rope.
Seriously, I think you're reading my mind :)
I will laugh my *** off if he goes before Erinn or Debbie or even Stephen. Those are some warriors!
Great voting speech, Coach! I'm shaking my head, but at least he didn't carry his jacket like a tool like he normally does.
I laughed so hard at Stephen's speech! That's freaking AWESOME.
The bolts were a nice touch!
Oh man, if Coach goes before Erinn that will make it all worth it. If he really wanted to live up to his strategy and keep the warriors around there is no way Brendan would be gone tonight. He was just too big of a threat to him, especially since Coach has yet to show his own warrior qualities.
Brendan was an idiot for not playing the idol. But everyone did a really great job of not letting it leak that he was even on the block, so he probably had no idea. They just eliminated one of the strongest "warriors" in the game. I kind of almost want Sierra to win immunity next week to see who they turn to next...if JT and Stephen are aligned with Coach, Tyson, and Debbie, would it be Taj or Erinn? If they were smart, they'd go for Taj, but at this point, challenges could be more suited toward someone like Erinn.
I'm thinking that the final tribal council is probably going to be ****** amazing.
And I really want to hear what Coach has to say if he goes before Erinn. He tried to get rid of her what, 6 episodes ago? And she's STILL here! Good for her!

Agreed, agreed, agreed. If Sierra were to win, I definitely think Erinn is next. She seems to be a floater right now. The only way I would see her staying was if JT, Taj, Stephen and Sierra teamed up and used her vote to make a big move and go for Tyson or Coach. Otherwise things don't look good for either of those 2 girls.

See, I dunno about that. All I've seen from the challenges is that the boys (read: Tyson and JT) tend to dominate and that Sierra (!) seems to be the strongest girl and the only one that can keep up. Debbie did really well in the pole challenge because she's really tiny, and Erinn seems to be pretty decent at puzzles. The challenge I want to see is the one where they have to keep a hand above their head that's attached to the water bucket. Hopefully that one will be next! A woman usually wins that one (I've seen it played a few times, but the most recent I can remember is Parvati in Micronesia, and usually the women do really well).
I can see them keeping Erinn around because there's almost no way that she can beat any of the guys in a physical challenge, and therefore isn't a threat, whereas Taj has more (but not much more) of a chance. It's all so up in the air. It just depends on the challenge.
If I were playing, I'd want to get rid of my strongest threat physically. That's why I would want to get rid of JT NOW. Everyone talks so much about how great he is, and how they don't want him to go, which is exactly why he should go. It was like in Fans vs Favorites when they got rid of Ozzy at the first chance possible, which was the greatest play ever. JT's a great guy and all, but he's way too likable. At this point, if he makes it to the finals, I can see it being a landslide a la Tom in Palau and Earl in Fiji, because I don't know who the heck would give him a run for their money.
The greatest threat is a likable strong guy. That is the definition of JT.
Yeah, I know, I know...I checked the spoilers
Be very careful not to spoil me guys, or I'll be quite unhappy...
Surprising as it may sound, I am smart enough to read between the lines. You need to make sure to not project your spoiler knowledge into the episode discussions (which is partially why I don't read spoilers.) ;)
As for JT, I don't know. He seems ok, but definitively not a stand out in my opinion. I guess I'm not that pulled in by the "Joe the Plumber" type...

Don't worry B! I'm keeping my spoiler knowledge separate :)
My favorite was voted out this episode... My favorite always gets voted out! Lol. If you look in past BB, TAR, and Survivor episode threads you will notice that my favorite hardly ever wins! Lol. ;)
I don't know who I am pulling for now.
If I have to hear Coach talk about being the Dragon Slayer (or whatever he called himself) one more time, I will go nuts! Lol. I was really hoping Brendan would pull off voting Coach out. It seemed like it might work there for a minute...
I thought the reward for the reward challenge was awesome!
Things are not looking good for Sierra. It looks like she will be joining Brendan at Ponderosa.

Pull for Coach so he gets voted out! :)
Why are you guys picking on poor, defenseless Coach? After his shark attack experience and being kidnapped and beaten in the Amazon, I think he deserves a little slack!

Don't forget being struck by lightning! That was the really scary one, where his life literally flashed before his eyes!
Also, I will try my best and not spoil anything for you Bacchus :) (Random but, whenever I type your ID I want to type Bacchaus, like Bauhaus...gets me every time.)
HAHAH I just finished survivor...
How did they manage to get the most annoying person EVER to be on the show? Did they do an America's Got Talent type of show before hand to find someone who spews BS and makes you cringe when he talks about random stuff?
I think Coach is smoking to much Banana Leaves and thinks he is in LALA land with Dragons, Wizards and Martial Arts.
Coach GET A LIFE :)
Sorry B, I know you like him... But really getting captured and beaten by 4 foot aborigines??? I loved how he added to that story at tribal and told Jeff he gave them the PG-13 version of the story and than added how they said they wanted to eat his *****! Hahah. He made me laugh. Cringe. But laugh
Even if people begin to waver and rethink everything....Brenden must have seemed like the best choice to send away since they already started it the previous week. Now Coach could be on his way out soon though but we'll see what happens. Don't send Sierra home though survivors...I wanna look at her longer lol
In the end Brendan leaving wasn't so much about Coach slaying the dragon and more about the fact that he had the immunity idol and everyone knew it.
That is usually the quickest way to be voted off and made it an easy choice, even for those that were wavering.

I don't think he knew that everyone knew he had it.
I also think he said it out loud because he knew he wasn't getting voted off...and that worked out really well for him.

It was obvious he had it! He lived in exile. People are not stupid! (er...well, besides Sierra.)
I think the reason he said he had it was because he knew everyone knew and felt stupid remaining silent.

Brenden just was living on borrowed time and people get paranoid about the idol...they think it'll burn them somehow in the end. And it sometimes does. Though some manage to keep it nearly all season long.

They need to make a rule about exile that you can not send the same person over and over. It would lower the certainty that a specific person had the idol and also make it harder to find in the first place being you would have less time.
The reason they keep sending the same person is generally because they know they have already been there and thus want to keep the potential pool of people that might have the idol at a minimum.
This season isn't that interesting. I think it's definitely the worst since China. The people aren't that interesting and the blindsides aren't as great as Jeff has been bragging about over on EW.com
That said...JT rocks, but no ones gonna take that to the finals! He's in danger of being Rupert-ed for sure.
I think Sierra is still underestimated. And if they vote her out next week they are the STUPIDEST group of Survivors ever. There are still way too many Alpha-males in this game...they need to take Coach or Tyson out if any of them even wants a chance at the $.
So far, Tocantins is kind of a snooze. =/
There are still way too many Alpha-males in this game
See, that is the way I like it as it makes the immunity challenges competitive toward the end. In my opinion, there is nothing worse than a final four of floaters that couldn't survive in my backyard tent.
Still, I am in agreeance that this season is generally a snoozer.
Concerning Sierra, CBS is pimping hard that she somehow outsmarts the powers that be in its trailers, so she is totally doomed. :D
Sierra is definitely gone this week. You can tell by the commercials.
I liked Brendan. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy. I know a lot of people thought he was a snake on this thread- do you still think he was a snake?
Definitely not looking good for Sierra right now but she isn't the biggest threat out there right now so focusing on other people might be a better idea.

Other people like... Coach! :D
Other people like... Coach! :D
Coach! Coach coach coach!
We went a full couple of days without mentioning him :)
Everyone should cheer for him. My favorites tend to get voted out as well.
I don't know why you guys are so anti-Coach. He can't win. No one is going to vote for him. He makes the perfect partner for who ever you like to take to the finals.
