Yes, indeed he will be. BMP owes him for not suing them.
Agreed. Completely. I wouldn't be surprised if he was on the next one.
Did anyone else catch the small glimpse of Adam, Diem, and CT and the fight? It was a pretty intense 30 seconds? I have it on DVR and will be posting the specifics later :)

Nooooo, what happened?
Nooooo, what happened?
Diem and Adam are in the hallway talking, and it seems as though Adam is talking down on CT. Ct then steps into the hallway and hears it, he then says some words to Diem and walks away. Then it flashes to the fight.
This is just from memory I will be looking at it today on my DVR and giving a more detailed description a bit later.

I guess we could just post the background as a spoiler in the other thread.

I didn't catch that all. Perhaps I'm not say perceptive as I thought.

Neither would I, but I don't think we heard the last of Chris Tamburello either. He may not be on a challenge with Adam, but until it is proven that CT is 100% guilty and Adam having no fault, which could have already been done so without my knowledge, I don't think MTV will close the door shut on CT in the future. CT is good TV and good for the ratings.
I did notice and even have to applaud Dunbar for his efforts to stop the fight. From the previews, he was the only one aside from production that was man enough to step in and intervene.

This isn't CT's first time picking on Adam, nor is it his first time getting in a fight on a challenge. Ratings or not, he does not deserve to come back. He is a walking liability and if BMP does bring him back, and he clocks someone else, I hope they sue BMP. Its absolutely ridiculous. The #1 rule is "no physical violence". Why does this rule not pertain to CT?

No there were more, I recall Eric and even Issac trying to help.

Darock -- the challenge is a collection of individuals under contract, not a bunch a buddies going to the local bar. If Dunbar had been injured in the course of his no doubt laudable effort to bring peace, any resulting medical bills would have been his own, and if unable to continue in the challenge, BMP could have billed him for all their costs for him to that point in the competition and their costs in delivering a replacement. It is for the forgoing reason that no one should have stepped in. The provision of security on set is BMPs job only. It is a requirement in the cast contract. This is the advice I give every season to people participating in these challenges. Most of them understand and listen.

Wow that is absolutely unbelievable to me, to me this kind of situation is human nature. How could you stand there and watch, I understand BMP's liabilities, but I saw no security there. The camera men did not put down their camera's and try to stop they kept on rolling knowing they were getting just what they needed. It seems to be a longer altercation of sorts also, as there are shots of fighting in the bedroom, the hallway, and outside against a wall.
Dunbar who did the right thing in my book, and that surprises the crap out of me and I will be the first one to say I am sorry Dunbar for my opinion of you before and thank you for standing up will no one else would. Then to have BMP say screww you buddy you got to pay for the hospital visit because of your eye( in one shot he looks to be cut) is heartless. That is the very least they should be doing.

From what I remember from this scene, looks like they're really giving the better edit to CT. They make it look like Adam's a chicken with it's head off running around trying to stir things up.

We shall soon see :)

In a moral sense, I agree with you wholeheartedly. I would have definitely interceded without discretion, regardless of who it was, even though my opinion of Adam isn't that solid.
However, I think the point that V1man made to me unfortunately was that contracts usually do not contain moral obligations but are law biding documentation that was probably signed by the contestants prior to the tapings. So one had to choose between morality and contractual obligation.
