Yahoo Article About Past Real World Members

Thanks for posting. When they finally track down Julie Gentry and update what she's been up to, I'll eat my hat. Eric Nies and Kevin Powell are a simple Google search away---nothing new.

Great article. It's cool to see what alot of those old school people are up to.

First, Yahoo picked it up from getback.com and does not fact check. In fact Yahoo makes no pretense of doing so because it's just entertainment and these are public figures (sort of). Then when I read the information offered about people whom I do know and find those to be factually flawed, I wonder if ANY of the others are equally off the mark.

People magazine had a Where are they Now Real World article, I forgot which issue, but they had all 7 RW New York cast members updates. (with current photos)

Cool article, just wish they couldve included more housemates though.

As I was going through the article, I kept wishing the beautiful Keri Evans from Real World Chicago would be mentioned. Keri and Cara were my favorite cast members on the Chicago season, and seem to be the two we hear the less about anymore... well Cara has popped up in the news getting married and now she's been on a few of the MTV specials... but Keri... where are youuu!?!?!? haha

She was my favorite during her season. Last I heard, she got too big for her britches, caused friction between her friends and disappeared. Sad, because I thought she was cool. I'm just fed up with these RW updates focusing on the same people over and over. It's funny how Julie Gentry seemed to be a huge RW star back in her day, but since she's gone back to a Birmingham life as a married mom no one seems interested in her anymore. I am! I'd really love to have an update on her and a current photo. Is she still teaching dance? Did she have another kid (last I heard she had 2)? This inquiring mind wants to know!

If the question were "The pillows from the bedroom of our favorite MTV Real World stars: where are they now?", I could answer it. I have the large throw pillows from Danny Roberts and Melissa Howard's New Orleans bedroom. I got them from the MTV auction that year of RW memorabilia. They are packed in one of my closets. Interestingly, the one that came labeled "Danny's bed" has the strong and distinctive scent of man, which I assume came from Danny sleeping with it. The next best thing to having Danny himself? The pillows cost $400 but the proceeds went to charity so I didn't care.

Danny was always one of my favorite cast mates. I too wish they would do some updates on other cast mates than the norm. I did see Scott Wolf last year at little league charity baseball tournament, no Kelley though :(

I met Danny and Kelley from that season back in 2000 or 2001 because I won a radio contest...:)

I feel achy, my throat kills and I can barely swallow, I'm pretty sure I have a fever, and I'm exhausted but have been lying in bed unable to sleep for the last 4 hours. It's AWESOME.
