Here we go again! Cycle 12 will begin on Feb 25!! (As opposed to March 4-which was the original rumor). (Kind of reminds me of Tiffany cycle 4). -Fo(Sho'!) and Jessica I think are quite unique-looking. -I think Nija is quite pretty, and reminds me of Dionne from cycle 8. -Sandra looks great too, I hope they don't try to give her long hair. All in all I think this is a really great and unique looking group this cycle.

I just got these ones because they were easier. It's just ONE straight on head shot of each girl....so I'm not making definate judgements yet.

They had Tyra promos during the commercial break where she was talking about wanting petite girls. There's a casting going on in my neck of the woods this week, I thought about spying but they'd probably try to recruit me (because I am short). Eh. I don't see myself doing reality TV, especially not a show like ANTM. (Besides, I too am too "old" to model---turning 28 this year.) Tonight's episode: There was a semi-finalist from my hometown (Buffalo) and one the finalist who's from where I am now (DC area) but I couldn't root for either. Both were stink, stank, stunk personality-wise. Ugh. Tyra has really lost it with the "Goddess of Fierce" craziness, and I thought the photoshoot was very cheap looking. I hope to see more potential when the competition narrows down.

I'd really want to see a shoot that gets back to its roots. I'd like to see a product (clothing, jewelry, make-up, etc.), not a silly theme, modeled.

I was also surprised that they didn't show her telling the Judges about her daughter passing away. BUT then again I think she probably did but they didn't air it so that Tyra didn't look heartless for not picking her after she told them she slept in the bus station for 2 days AND her daughter's story as well, which is sad on the production part.

Did anyone watch last night? Make-overs!! All in all I think the makeovers were great. ESPECIALLY Fo, Allison, Kortni, and Aminat. Fo: Looks soooo cute with the short hair! Reminds me of Melissa when she got her hair cut on RW New Orleans. I just wish she weren't so insecure about it! Allison: Long blond curls look MUCH better with those features and crazy eyes of hers! Kortni: LOVE the color! She looks really good. And seriously, if this girl is plus-sized then I must be obese.... Aminat: One of my early favorites, her pic this week wasn't that great, but I love her look. I'm ok with Jessica going home. She was just so pretty and perfect already that she doesn't need this show at all!! /sarcasm
