Predictions on who goes home anyone???
Like you said, if Jason can't meet Melissa's parents - it doesn't bode well for her. I can't remember from the preview whose mom had the dove burial, but that would send up red flags with me for an initial meeting, lol. :D
That was Naomi's mom I believe...and looked hilariously awkward!

Why does this girls parent's not want to meet him? Do they just not want to be on TV or think this is a joke (can't imagine why!) lol?

Here is the preview for tonight: YouTube - The Bachelor 13 Ep 6 Preview 2 2009
I am just glad that they didn't fully cancel the episode (like they do with Survivor) I can't wait for tonights episode. I am really bummed that Melissa's Parents aren't going to see Jason.... I don't think things are looking good for Melissa. :( Which really sucks because she is my favorite. Predictions on who goes home anyone???
I can envision this conversation having taken place a couple of months ago. Producers Mike Fleiss and Marty Wall discussing the season with ABC execs... ABC Exec: Thanks guys, you've given us a winner that the soccer mom's can finally cheer about. But we are a little concerned that it's a little obvious toward the end. Heck my 14 yr old daughter watched it and told me the name of the winner after episode 4! Can we do something to keep people interested? Fleiss: ****it, you told us you wanted a real engagement and wedding and we've given it to you. Marty, what do you think? Wall: Well, we can mess with people before the last few episodes. You know, misdirection like we did with the wine guy and the Navy doc... ABC Exec: I don't know. ****, I can't remember what I had for lunch yesterday. Those were shows you guys did for us? (Fleiss and Wall exchange a knowing glance -- why do idiots control the networks?) Fleiss: Marty has a good idea. Just before the final four episode, we play up the fact that Melissa's parents told us to go take a flying leap off a short pier. We've got Melissa on tape telling Jason that he won't be meeting her parents and then we go to commercial... Wall: Right, the soccer moms will go nuts on the Internet and the ratings will go through the roof. ABC Exec: OK, guys. Go with that, and no more of that Bachelorette stuff. I don't want to see any more outtakes of guys in the buff around a pool. Hey, while I think about it, how come you never get us some women like they have over at VH1 for their dating shows? We're not all living the Disney legacy here you know! Fleiss: Right, I'll have my sister get back to you on that... (I just picked out Melissa from the teaser for tonight. I don't know who Jason picks. We'll all find out together)

.... watching President Obama... waiting for Jason Mesnick. Is that bad? lol
I think this is going to run over an hour. I'm watching as well Insider.
Only ran two minutes over. Game on Jason.
Wow Melissa is really pretty! Jillian seems so cute and fun. Molly is the physical one. I don't even know what to say about Naomi! ETA....I am live streaming right now and it's AAAAWWWEEESSSSOOOOMMMMEEE!!!!!!
eta....i am live streaming right now and it's aaaawwweeessssoooommmmeee!!!!!!
sweeet!
Jillian is cute....but I don't know....
Jason did a closed arm body position to Jillian's mom - that is not good, not good. As a psych guy, you'd think he would have gotten control of that by now. ;)
Molly has to be the favorite at this point, although not mine.

Naomi is dead in the water... As a prospective suitor, I would not be preached to or have my faith questioned. I'd listen carefully and then exit gracefully. Jason and I are one in the same here.
I Am **** at Naomi's Dad....and here comes her Mom, it just get's better.
I think he reads people and situations well, though. I guess certain ones he is better at
Oh, I agree...he slipped up and I caught it. Normally, he is spot on with his body language.
I Am **** at Naomi's Dad....and here comes her Mom, it just get's better.
LM....I saw the look in Jason's eyes. No go with the family (although it was hilarious.) I loved her Mom and judged dad probably a bit too quick, but she was on the verge of getting cut anyway. I see her as first on the list of roseless gals tonight. I guess we have to see how bad the Melissa situation is...

Even though everyone thinks they got it on lock down, but I am on the edge of my seat until I see it!
Awww.....I like Melissa....I really do.
Awww.....I like Melissa....I really do.
I do too, but I really like Jillian too!
We can't forget that we have yet to see DeAnna enter the scene as well, for whatever that will mean.
We can't forget that we have yet to see DeAnna enter the scene as well, for whatever that will mean.
I hope it means a bunch Of ****;)
We can't forget that we have yet to see DeAnna enter the scene as well, for whatever that will mean.
This is true.... If I was Jason, I'd take Melissa or take a pass. I know nothing of DeAnna, so it would be hard for me to judge her in the mix. I don't see him with Jillian. Not sure why, it just doesn't fit (of course I am projecting.) Molly is a martini away from being psychotic so she is out in my mind (although a favorite in his) and Naomi is sweet, sweet, with a weird family (that should not rule her out.) However, it will.
Poor Naomi. She seems like a great girl. I am sure since this was filmed, she has rebounded in life.
Prediction: When DeAnna says "I made a mistake," she is saying that Jason should not make the same one she did, not that she wants him to pick her. (I think I know Fleiss well enough to predict this. More classic Fleiss misdirection.)

Picking Jesse, Getting engaged, Not sticking with Gram?
Alright, all the answers came in my sleep (yes, I dream about how The Bachelor is going to end on a nightly basis.) The reason I don't like Jillian as the bride to be, is not because of who she is as a person, but rather because she does not exhibit a true desire to be with Jason. I can tell. She might like him a lot, but there are no real feelings there - yet. It almost seems like someone dared her to apply for The Bachelor, she did well and is now going through the motions. She is friend material (with benefits) - but no more. She doesn't have the settle down look in her eyes. Molly on the other hand, totally loves Jason. Well, not in that way. She loves him as a trophy! She was beaming with her father as she had finally brought home some top shelf man. He is going to look great in the living room when her friends come over (as long as he matches the couch.) What better to bring to a Country Club dinner than buff man bling! I could actually see her mentally dressing him with plaid cardigans... That just leaves Melissa. She really, really likes him. You could tell she has deep feelings for Jason. She is smart, humble and beautiful. She is in awe of Ty and looks to be great with kids. She is the real deal and fully believes that Jason could be the one for her. This is a no brainer! :D
