speaking of which from now on when mtv cancels a show they need to advertise that as well. I wanted to see the rest of the 50 cent show but its not even online anymore.
When did they cancel that?
I don't think they canceled it... I just caught a new episode the other day that I've never seen. It was actually getting a bit better, but overall it was sucky.
Well in that case disregard what I just said. Brooklyn previews should start up any day now. at least I hope

It was not that trailer, it actually showed them not just their voices.
Does any one know why Chet doesnt drink, smoke or have sex?
Just read about Devyn, Scott, and Baya moving in together, Three's Company anyone? Sounds cool and seems like the group as a whole got along great. Thanks for the interview Wow, i think I am really going to love this group...They really do seem like intelligent people who are not there to embarrass themselves, only to further their career.

I can't believe Brooklyn is starting tonight! when did THAT happen!?
I can't believe Brooklyn is starting tonight! when did THAT happen!?
It's been on the schedule for months. The formal announcement was made in early December.
I saw on my tv guide that there is an Aftershow scheduled to air after tonight's premier. Does anyone know anything about this? I thought V1 once said that they were moving away from the aftershow thing.
I subsequently posted that MTV did decide to do some aftershows -- perhaps it is in the Paley Center thread. I specifically asked Jon Murray, MR. BMP himself, if there would be any aftershows. He surprised me with a "yes," but given the rest of his response to my question, it did not sound like BMP was producing it, or if they were, how many of them there would be. Because of the availability of the MTV studios in NY and access to many of the cast members, MTV may be doing the Aftershows themselves. Without TRL on the shooting schedule, MTV does have studio time on its hands.
That's interesting. It seems as if they are really pushing this season of the RW to try to save the show and the challenges. They are using all the marketing techniques they have used over the past seasons all at the same time. They have the Aftershows, Dailys, IamonMTV, and the bonus stuff on mtv.com. All of this marketing is great, but if the content doesn't deliver, none of it will matter. Hopefully, this won't be a Sydney-like season.
Shows how much i've been out of the loop! ahhh - anyways...ive got the DVR set and will probably watch it sometime tonight after it airs!
Don't forget to set it for the Aftershow too!
Don't forget to set it for the Aftershow too!
Too bad they are not making an aftershow a weekly thing.
Too bad they are not making an aftershow a weekly thing.
They should. It worked well for RW Denver even though I despised the host Saul. I really hope he is not returning for tonight's aftershow. But the Denver aftershow's were always good for a little extra information and it was nice to hear it directly from the cast's mouth as opposed to an Iamonmtv.com blog.

He moved on to Carsey Warner Productions and also blogged for tvgasm.com. He was famous *in a small way* for crashing the Big Brother wrap parties inside the CBS lot. I can't see him flying to NY to host the Aftershow, assuming that is where it is produced this season. I think it is more likely we will see one of MTV's own who may not even watch the show and will be script-bound.

Hopefully the host has some mild interest in the RW franchise and isn't completely BSing their way through the show.
Mark Long is a major upgrade. Can't believe I didn't know about this earlier.
Yeah, the day before that he also posted a bulletin he was going to have a "special guest" joining him, Wonder who is it.
