So do you think Landon could take Dunbar out?
Always depending upon the specific duel, Landon could do it with a blind eye and one arm tied behind his back. Or, alternatively, he could just call Dummybear a "*****" and watch him explode.:give_rose: (Sorry, Julie, I just can't help myself)
Oh, absolutely I think Landon could take Dunbar out. I didn't get to see much from Dunbar on The Island because of how it was set up, plus I didn't watch everything, but the image I have of him is him running into that giant rubber ball and bouncing off of it. ;) But I wouldn't say I'm 100% certain that Dunbar would lose. I don't know enough about how he competes. And every now and then there are shockers in elimination rounds. Hopefully the end games are much better this time than in the last Duel challenge, because I could see some odd things happening with the games from last time.
Dunbar's just big he aint that strong. He didnt prove himself on the island. Landon would destroy him in a duel!
Do you all think that Dunbar, Shauvon, Isaac went in with some sort of alliance? I suppose, Kim, Brit and Nick too?
Who did Aneesa send home in Duel 1? Paula Diem Robin??? Casey???
Who did Aneesa send home in Duel 1? Paula Diem Robin??? Casey???
She sent home Paula, then Robin, then Diem. Casey was sent home by Robin.
Do you all think that Dunbar, Shauvon, Isaac went in with some sort of alliance? I suppose, Kim, Brit and Nick too?
Since I have learned that some cast members are either reading vevmo or being told by phone what is on vevmo, I'm not giving up any alliances even in speculation. Rumors from any source become facts in the absence of any other alliance evidence on a challenge. For a short period of time. it is surprisingly easy to not appear to be in an alliance while actually being in one. While in the long run this strategy will probably break down, it can get you and a partner past the point of needing to hide your alliance and instead appear to be forming one during the challenge. For some reason, cast members generally see these late alliances as more desperate than threatening.
Cast members are reading vevmo?
Cast members are reading vevmo? *Hey, Aneesa, SEND HOME PAULA!!!*
Since this is a speculation thread, you should have written, "I wonder if Aneesa knows she can make me very happy by sending Paula home." I would be very inappropriate to call out to a cast member in the wrong way in the wrong thread -- a serious breach of forum etiquette.
I don't like Dunbar that much don't get me wrong. But we have no idea how good of a competer he is. No One did that much on the Island. He may very well Kick butt in a duel/challenges.

I would rather see Kim take out Paula more than anessa to. it would just be funny. I guess anyone take out paula would be great. I hope she is next girl to go.

In an imperfect world, the best I can hope for is that she DQs and takes herself out.

Okay not really but anyway.....I feel that Rachel, for some reason, will eventually end up on someone's radar sooner rather than later as this challenge gets closer to the end. And that a certain person who happens to be female will come out with a win in this challenge.

But I have a feeling she will come out with a squeaky clean edit, how they can manage that is beyond me, because of the way she was "screwed" on The Island. Rachel will end up being the target. You can only be the strongest for so long without being a target. I think the girl who takes her out will win. If she is taken out. Like Aneesa, she eventually wanted to get rid of Jodi her biggest threat, but nobody could beat her.
i was thinking about the changing of the rules(if they did)...usually they change the rules up a little on a sequal, so I tried to think of a cool way they MIGHT do it. The whole poularity voting isnt really fair, so what if they bring back the point system. Whoever has the most points gets immunity. whoever has the least points automatically is sent to the duel, and they still get to choose their duel opponent. If they did change the rules, what are other ways that you guys think they might have changed them, or how would you like them to be?

And wins them. Does that mean that they will go into every duel (granted if they keep winning) until they lose or get more points than someone else? Or do points reset with each mission?
Yes I think he loves the experiences. You know, a good way for rookies Issac and Nick to 'prove themselves' is to take out someone like Ryan first. It's more of a social move than a physical one. By taking out a popular (weak) player, you're creating a vibe that says, "Yeah, I just took your friend out, whatchu gonna do about it?!" It might not intimidate CT or Landon, but you can bet your bottom dollar that Dunbar and Davis will shake in their boots. By doing that, you can ensure that another 'unproven' player chosen for the Duel won't call you out.
You may consider reading the spoiler thread.
You may consider reading the spoiler thread.
I wrote that before the spoiler thread came. I'm trying to avoid the spoiler thread this time around. I want to be a surprised as possible. :D

It works for me. And LTR, what if they won extra points for winning the Duel, or get the points from the person eliminated. It doesn't necessarily mean they go in every time.
Guys..... At some point Im going to stop reading spoilers because I dont wanna know the outcome. So please dont post spoilers in here.
Guys..... At some point Im going to stop reading spoilers because I dont wanna know the outcome. So please dont post spoilers in here.
I'm sorry Seannnn, didn't realize that I did that without spoiler tags. Today just isn't my day...
why are you posting spoilers in here???? :ireful2: its not cool for me to know that already, thanks.
Sorry I must say I am sorry I forgot to place spoiler tags around that even though I meant to....:: insert sheepish smile here:: So sorry to all those who were eye raped by those spoilers and especially to you BS who read my post unknowingly. I'm glad you took the time to point it out.

All the offending posts and some comments referring to them -- complete with with their spoiler tags were moved to the spoiler thread. Board apologies to all. Mods hate being aggressive -- and we sometimes contribute to the problem.

In making that sociogram I started to think, what if Brittni was a threat. I know I have been saying she is probably the weakest one, but she seems to be in great shape, has height on her side, and could possibly do better than expected.

That seems like the only way it could really work. I just miss the points. If they didnt bring them back i would hope they could in another challenge to come. ***actually, after reading the rest of thread I like your elaborated version, Dartagnan. I think that would be a cool system.
