Best Male and Female Challengers

For the males: I think it would have to be a tie IMO between Wes and Darrell. Wes definatly plays the game the best. With everyone against him in FM and basically dead weight as a partner. He was exiled 5 times and still got third place. He also was out of the main loop on the Duel but was able to manipulate his way to create his own allience and eventually win the challenge. Regardless of the fact that Wes had a slower time then Brad... The soccer portion was apart of the mission and therefore you can't deduct points from him. Darrell won every challenge he has been on. You can't deny somebody who is undefeated the top spot. The only reason why I tie him with Wes is because Wes was always withstanding being a target while Darrell usually passed by unnoticed till the finals. Not saying he did not earn his spot but he did not go through 5 exiles and some duels.
Darrel is the most constistent (sp). Not the best.
Darrel is the most constistent (sp). Not the best.
What more can he do to prove his abilities... he won every time
Unless you have identical formats from season to season, I don't think you have a prayer of making an empirical assessment of anyone's ability vis a vis someone who appeared on a different challenge.
Out of the guys I would say CT. Out of the girls it's tough to say. Coral is a mastermind and good competitor, as is Veronica. Rachel is good too. Ruthie was great. Holly from the first Inferno was awesome. It's hard to pick for me. Jodi killed pretty much every mission on the Duel, but she can't take the pressure of being in an elimination round, as seen on the Inferno II.
One thing I've never liked or respected about Coral is how big of a hypocrit she is. On Inferno 1 when the other girls like Trishelle, Mallory, Leah, and Julie were still on the team, she was all for going with the team strategy of keeping Katie out of the Inferno and keeping her around for the last challenge because she was such a bad competitor. Then at the last women's Inferno when she was the last girl remaining on her team and Road Rules put Katie & Veronica up for nomination, Coral was all for picking Katie. She then said that who she wanted to take into the Inferno was "her" decision and not a "team" decision. It's kind of like V1Man pointed out... she's only a team player when it's "Team Coral" whose best interests are being served.

I'm a big fan of Derrick. He has a lot of heart and really seems to be a good guy. I'm also on team CT and team Kenny... (even though no one else is.. lol). Also, Brad is pretty. :) (oooh oooh Johnny too) As far as women go.. I like Katie.. she's great tv. Her mouth is AWESOME. I like Diem cause she seems like a sweetie. I like Paula cause she seems fun. I like Coral cause she's Coral. Were these supposed to be based on something more substantial? lol

Tell me if you weren't on the line, you wouldn't have said I wan't Katie. Holly, and maybe Christena both of could have beaten Coral. Katie or Veronica were the only ones, and it would be most logical to beat Katie. I mean, julie boasted and bragged about how strong she was, but when they decided to put her up against Veronica, she said how she doesn't feel confident. Coral never said she wasn't confident, she said it was a risk. She didn't even end up going in anyway. Sure it was hypocritical, but by that point in the game, anyone would have said that to save themselves. Anyone. Since when hasn't she been a team player. Battle of the Seasons, The Gauntlet, Battle of the Sexes 2, she was always a team player. I think she is one of the smartest girls on the shows and one of the best.
I Think best male and female competitors are Darrell (Road Rules Campus Crawl) and Veronica (Road Rules Semester at Sea)

I'm watching the old school challenges-watching BOTSexes- gotta say, one of the best female competitors was Ruthie...love that girl The best male is a tied between Wes and Derrick. Though, I may have to give it to Derrick. Being one of the smaller guys--but the kid never gives up and he really is strong...Plus, I've grown to love him on the challenges-hes matured a lot.
I've always loved Derrick. Everytime he's been on a challenge he really fights to the death. He's such a true competitor and doesn't have to mess around like these newbies (Johnny, Kenny, Evan)..I call them newbies just because they brag about themselves being veterans lol. Picking a girl is pretty hard, since most of them haven't been that great. Ev's always been tough. Jillian, last challenge, hung tough. I guess I dont have a 'best female competitor' in mind. I'm excited to see what KA brings to the table this year. She seems like she'll be crazy competitive.

One of the other cast members only needed one word to describe her: fierce.

She is small, but the girl has heart and is extremely athletic and proved herself to be one of the best. especially last season, she kind of looked like a female Derrick-she was the smallest girl there, but just kept beating everybody. I think KA is crazy enough to do anything to win--which is a good thing. Though, I will always love my Ruthie...I miss the old school competitors--they could kick the newbies ass(Ruthie, both Emily, Holly...)

Alton is a beast I wonder if he will be on any more challenges...
