Big Brother Reality Romance
Everyone knows that a reality tv romance does not have a high success rate after the show. I totally agree with this. However, when I here this phenomenon being discussed Eric and Jessica from BB8 are used as an example. I don't think they are a good example at all. I would call their shomance a success. They last around a year which is a lot longer than most relationships that begin under more normal circumstances. Of course I was a fan of the shomance (maybe it was because the stereotypical hottie went for a more average type guy). Now I know a lot of you do not like Jeric. Try to put that aside and comment on your opinion of the success (or lack thereof) of their relationship.
*deleted* mission accomplished...
Sorry didn't know. Changed it so B doesn't get billed and then bill me!!!!

[/quote] I admit it, I was not a fan of Jeric - but agree with the point you have made. They were a television romance that worked outside of the house, otherwise known as a "relationship." This shomance phenomena would be more aptly applied to Will & Janelle or Boogey & Erica. The only purpose of the relationship was for the sake of the game. Once the show ended, they moved their separate ways.
Most shomances never evolve into anything past the show and just serve the purpose within the game. Jeric was an example that it grew into something outside the house and I think you could tell that during the game. I was a fan of it but usually never get into shomances especially the one this year.

I still think it is funny he trademarked it in the first place. Wonder if he abandoned it because it was not profitable or he just lost track. Oh well, we and in the clear!
I know from my one business law class in college that you have to defend your trademark in order for it to remain viable. That's why you see company's initiating seemingly stupid lawsuits to protect trademarks against company's that are no threat to them or in a different industry. The thinking is that if you let it go for one unimportant instance, when you have to protect it against a relevant instance the defense will be "Well you didn't complain when they used it" So a trademark has to be actively defended to remain valid.

He loves successfully jerking their chain 3) it's a useful source of income assuming there are people using the term on other reality shows. (Real World Challenges) All he needed to do was have an invoice sent and the checks flowed after much complaining and lawyer review. There are many good reasons to dislike Will, but this is hardly one of them in my opinion.

I'm Pretty sure people have forgotten about him now. Or am I wrong on that too?

You just can't forget someone like him that easily.
How could anyone forget Will and Boogie. They were always full of entertainment. That season of all-stars with them on was the best.
