LoL V, for some reason this really cracked me up coming from you! :D
Some things bug me more than others. One of the most offensive is stupidity. Honestly, why would I want to watch someone on reality TV who was not smart enough to keep quiet on an internet site that the production company reads?

Hi RW! I believe 25 is the last year you qualify, so I think it would be your last shot. Someone like Bacchus or V1 would be better help.
It is 18-24. Therefore, if you sent in an application before you turned 25 you would qualify.
Kim turned 25 on the show this year.
Some people always complain the people who are 25 should be allowed to apply for the show, yet many complained during RW Hollywood that Kimberly was too old... Perhaps opinions are like ******** afterall...
The only truth is that when you're my age, it's all downhill toward the finish line! ;)

awww, how about "smooth sailing," instead?
The 22nd season of the Real World is now being cast as I posted the ways you can apply at http://www.mm-agency.com/blog/mtv-real-world/mtv-real-world-22-season-casting-calls/3333/
Regarding age, you need to be no older than 24 on the first day of shooting, if you turn 25 on the 2nd day then you can be on the show according to Bunim-Murray Production guidelines.

I think that they should still be able to apply at age 25. I think that you should stay 25 throughout filming, and not turn 26 though.
Sure, Kimberly was 24. But so was Joey. But neither of them looked a day over 22 to me.
So on the site, it says Casting Calls are going to be announced soon. I went to one once, and it was way lame. But then it said that you can send an email with your picture(s) and brief bio requesting an appointment? Soooo....this might be a stupid question....but BMP does appointments?? and are they different from just the massive "casting calls" they do in various cities??

How come it was lame? how does that work when you went to the casting call? I wonder that the best way to audition or by tape? I find it hard some people get casted by sending in tapes.

Well, you're thrown into a group of 8-12ish people, you wait for HOURS upon HOURS to even get in the door, and then they ask 1 question and you have to talk in a group.....but honestly, if you have a gay guy (which I did, and he wouldn't let any of us get a word in) or one other person that stands out MORE than you.....you're ***ked.
it's just NOT a good way to get casted, in my opinion. My experience there was just a waste of time. I think others would agree.
BMp has put up the RW 22 logo up and im thinking honestly that 22 will be overseas.....
I wonder if they did it in Amsterdam if they would enforce the no-drugs rule considering someone might wander into the wrong coffee shop or something, LOL.
You can setup an appointment with BMP if you live near the cities listed at http://www.mm-agency.com/blog/mtv-real-world/mtv-real-world-22-season-casting-calls/3333/
You can also leave in the comments which city you think the 22nd Real World should be held.

I'm sure what he meant was, just because it's there, doesn't mean BMP (or MTV for that matter) really care...
From the BMP casting release:
This season we are specifically seeking people with the following attributes:
Leadership experience (student government, college resident advisor, job manager, camp counselor), musical ability, seasoned travelers who speak Spanish, lifesaving skills (lifeguard, EMT), athleticism (particularly water sports).

Ok...I think I've got it! Real World Puerto Vallarta (or some other vacation destination in sunny Mexico like Cancun or Acapulco.) We are going Baywatch this time around!
(It was only a matter of time...)
OOoooo exciting!
Not so much. I didn't like Baywatch.
(..and I know you will say you were being sarcastic, but I know you are a big Baywatch fan so don't lie!)

No, I wasn't being sarcastic... I meant exciting for the people who will be casted...
(Although, I must admit... I used to watch Baywatch :()

You know, I hear she can't resist the Hoff..... ;)
Um, I am not excited. There is enough gutter skimming shows already on the tube. During its illustrious career The Real World has just barely stayed above the fray of the other shows on that network, but if they do a Baywatch ripoff, I am done. I am not going to watch a show about ***king lifeguards (literally ***king) and getting loaded on a beach. I can find that kind of **** on the internet now, most likely with a higher production value and less soft scripting...
Sounds like Brooklyn will be the last Real World I will be indulging in.

Don't get discouraged yet B! You're assuming a lot, off of very little information ;)
...and you are assuming some sort of good faith on the part of BMP to produce a quality show - which is laughable! :wink2:
The Real World Barcelona

We'll see.
But it just sounds so far-fetched....even for them (BMP).
