omg your ppl are crazy, look i understand where you are coming from, but the girl BROKE THE LAW! w.e happened with bobby in the past might have very well been his fault, but my god, regardless it was up to bri to take care of the situation and she basically said "screw it i don't give a hoot". She violated her probation and that is what you get. I don't understand why no one sees this.
All i'm saying is she needs to get her shit together, everyone wants to free her, and all is good, but this is really bad PR
Look, we understand the law and that if you break it, you have to face the consequences. But we like Bri and we don't want her in jail.

LOVEZ it!!! (except the color but I won't be picky :D, LOL)
well she made an EP, so she obviously has a record label. It's Chamberlin records & it's a small indy label. She recently did sign with a major label, but i don't believe the deal was quite finished yet, and they were montering her album/ticket sales. it doesn't matter if this "SHOULD" be considered a real job, clearly to the state, it "WASN'T"

I knew she made an EP, but I didn't know if she had signed another deal. Well, if that isn't a real job than I don't know what is. I mean I could undertsand if she traveled without papers and violated her probation, but saying that she doesn't have a gainful job isn't appropriate.
i dnt want to pry into anyones personal business but i heard the paparazzi was crazy with this, at her house, and the jail
well they probably wanted her to have a day job 9-5, to gain appreciation for what others do, and basically to just stop her from being so lazy. i can agree
we should have some "FREE Bri" T-shirts made to show our support!
"FREE Brie?"

I know she wants her to have it come on a silver platter, and it doesn't work that way, but sining a song and releasing it on an EP that made it on the top 20 on iTunes deserves some recognition because that doesn't come easy either.
Probation has a very strict guidelines and rules and if you don't follow them you go to jail. I think in Brianna's case it was a very gray area. I also think it had a lot to do with the state seeing her as a liability to their probation system because Probationer's are usually not allowed to leave the city limits unless given special permission for special circumstances. Other people on probation could take her high profile case and throw it in the systems face to try to get them to be more lenient.
Really, Bacchus you and your "enhancing."
I wonder if they are going to limit her time or add to it as of right now. 90 days incarciration would suck for her. That is three months wasted on trying to get music together.

Interesting that they were "crazy with this" yet I can't find one website talking about it (yet) besides this one. Maybe they just decided not to go with the story...
Everyone is going to be too busy with the John Edwards stuff now anyway...lol.
