Schedule Changes

In its three broadcasts, GREATEST AMERICAN DOG is averaging 4.9/09 in households, 7.52 million viewers, 2.4/08 in adults 25-54 and 1.8/06 in adults 18-49. GREATEST AMERICAN DOG's move to Wednesday (8:00-9:00 PM) is effective July 30. [/quote]It appears that CBS is bringing back the old summer schedule starting next week and I have to say that this is great news. I liked the old schedule alot because it spaced it out evenly...it just fit and the new one seemed like it was clustered together. I think it's a good move because they might fair better on Thursdays than on Wednesdays but who knows. What do you guys think?

This makes me incredibly happy because sometimes, on Wednesdays, I work late and miss BB. But I don't work late on Thursday! Yay!

This makes me sad, because I planned my school schedule around the BB schedule. I decided on Tues, Thurs classes getting out at 6pm on Tues and not till 9pm on Thurs. so that I would not miss Big Brother

Overall I like it on Thursday nights and I think maybe the ratings could improve. But you can't tell anymore...I still think it is a good move though, which means the HOH, Noms, POV, and POV ceremony will return to their "normal" days from past seasons.

I like the, "YES! BB is on again tonight! Two days in a row. Sweet!" feeling I get on Wednesdays. That being said, there is just too much of a break from then until Sunday. Spacing it out will give the feeling that there is more Big Brother overall.

Yeah that was the cool part of it having back to back Big Brother but I prefer it on Thursdays. I don't know why but I always felt it fit better on that day rather than on Wednesday it just fit. Another aspect is the Noms and POV, with it being on Wednesday Noms are on Thursday so the wait is longer is say it was on Friday as usual. So a shorter wait is good.

(Pheonix goes and checks tvguide.com) It says Wednesday. But next week is says Thursday. So therefore, it begins next week. :D

On last night's episodes they officially announced the switch and my friends thought I was crazy when I shouted "I was right!"...oh well it wasn't any better than..."PUT LIBRA UP" for about the entire episode.
