First off I have to say this the reunion show was................i fell asleep..But when i woke back up i rewinded it( i hope thats a word) and basically i didnt miss much..my baby bri was lookin gorgeous as usual, brit was looking sexy as ever i didnt even know she looked that good, kim looked good minus the veneers and if she didnt get veneers then **** her teeth looked big,sarah...***?...I thought the show wasnt really bad but i do feel like if they had a different host more drama couldve popped off, they shouldve got LaLa..if you can deal with the I love new york and Flavor of love cast it shoudlve been easy...but for some reason they went with a wack girl with a ugly accent...and she cant even get jokes...a **** fool wouldve got the charles barkely joke lol...One thing i didnt get was it seemed like some people were being fake...like Brianna had just called Joey out about actin like he was too famous and saying some shit to Dave...but at the reunion all was good..hm...i dont get that but maybe they made up by then..Mtv was wrong for bringing out Janelle although she was right about being played and deserving a apology, she was just there more to create drama than to get closure and Will is halarious for not giving them what they wanted..big ups.. .im out though..time to roll my 11 o clock blizzle lol
ju
--One thing i forgot was...I commend Nick for spreading the word about Brandon and doing all u can to help him and his fam..and I felt for you when u broke down because my bestfriend just committed suicide and that shit can be hard to get through...but keep ya head up.
Bri and I did a interview later that night for a magazine and we went balllistic hahaha cause The guy asked controversial questions that you couldn’t help but answer with emotion.
just wondering what magazine this was, & if you know when the article is coming out ?
I don't know if any of you guys caught on this, MTV claimed this show was live and no question was off topic but when Susie ummm Lynd...whatever during the Janelle segment asked "any questions from the audience" there were like a million hands and she said "no one ok" and proceeded to move on until every one was like "waiiiittttt here is one" lol

yeah i noticed that and the girl who finally got to speak raised her hand right in front of the host... but i chalk it up to her being a horrible host than mtv trying to keep people quiet or something...

yea that totally rubbed me the wrong way....made me more upset with the reunion
I've been very critical of "Susie" for the past five reunion shows but this is the first time there has been such universal cast and fan agreement. I'm going to enjoy rubbing it in with my MTV colleagues in a few phone calls today.
yes nick, calm down, i know this is a sensative subject, i am in no way question your friendship with him. i know you & him were very good friends and you have every right to pass his legacy on. i was just unclear about how long you knew him for, because ppl don't usually get that upset when you only know someone for a week or so, not saying there aren't ppl who do, i was just asking a question, relax. that must be a horrible thing to get that call, esp the day before you leave.
and as far as mtv bringing janelle in, that had nothing to do with my question about brandon. as far as i'm concerened will f**ked himself over with that.
With her new hairstyle, Brittini really reminds me of Holly Robinson from the 21 Jump Street days.

hahaha! so true!
What else can I possibly add to this 29 page-long heap? BMP are so sketch man. It really freaks me out almost. Their editing has gotten WORSE over the years....i mean, the Hollywood cast has pretty much had to go to EXTREME lengths to make sure we all know the "real" stories, editing mishaps, reunion happenings, etc....
man. idk. reunion show just left a bad taste in my mouth....not even due to the cast members, but by all those behind it....mtv and bmp both

FYI, the reunion show is produced by MTV's own New York-based production company. BMP has nothing to do with the reunion.

MTV's editing has always been questionable but I liked the idea of a live reunion. Now I don't think they should do it live unless they get a better host and amp it up a little.

Whoever was in charge should consider watching a few cable access shows and carefully compare it to their end reunion product. Once they have reached the correct conclusion that the similarities are far reaching, endemic and mortal - they should move on to another line of work that doesn't involve viewers, cameras or electrons in a box...

Well, we are talking about the guy who gives me access to the Green Room, so I'll decline the opportunity to be critical. I don't know anyone associated with the crew who thought a live production was a good idea.

So then who's idea was it??

I think it was on the day of the reunion that I wrote that it likely was the idea of someone in senior management. Producers do not make those decisions, they just implement them. Again, I don't have any incredibly stupid intention of biting the hand that feeds me (not that I already haven't on many occasions), so I not going to name names. While others have the luxury of being anonymous behind a monitor, I must occasionally sit across a conference room table from these people. They are not the type to ever forget an unkind word or criticism.

I completely understand...I honestly think it could have been an awesome show if they would have had a host who knew her *** from a hole in the ground. I know that more than half of our vevmo members could have done a better job that whats her face...and am I the only one who didn't like Carlos? He was better than "No name" but just not host material in my opinion.
I just watched the reunion on the website and I did not find it very interesting. I definitley felt like Brianna talked alooot. The host was horrible, I couldnt believe how many times she got people's names wrong. I was also suprised by the fact that during the Janelle thing when they asked if there was any questions she was like o none even though they had clearly showed a ton of hands up. All in All it was barely worth watching.

The host would only call on people if the TD told her to do so. He/she obviously told her not to call on anyone. They may not have had a camera in the right position or the boom mike wasn't ready or they simple were pressed for time. Hard to know.
I can't help but wonder if next season will have a live Reunion or has this one soured them to that idea. This one had it's moments but overall was something I would delete if I needed space on my DVR.
If Greg was there maybe conflict would have stirred up a bit more.????
We don't use that name here anymore. You must have missed the memo. ;)
I know I'm mad late watching the reunion show but I kept missing it so I had to download and watch it. I actually thought it was very good. The hosts were HORRIBLE though. Who are they?
I wish they would have touched on some more stuff but it was pretty good. I can say that the 2 realest people from this cast was Briana & Nick. I love Briana. That's my type of chick. Will really made himself look like a fool. I was embarassed for him acting like a child on stage when Janelle got up there. Homie really f*'d up with Janelle. If I knew I had someone like Janelle waiting at home when I got back, I would have never f*'d that up. She is fine as ****, she is intelligent and articulate, she was just a women. Will was cool in my book from the very beginning but as the episodes go by, you got to see how he was. Im glad they didnt have Greg on the reunion. Don't give him any more shine. Homie was an ***** for real. Sarah looks so uncomfortable up there. She was probably so embarassed and she should have been. She was so judgemental and thought she was better than everyone. That's why she stopped watching the episodes half way through. Because she probably didn't come to terms with how she really is so seeing the "mirror" (TV show) reflected back at her, she didn't like the reflection. And one thing that bugged me about her... when she said she wouldn't fight another girl if she was trying to steal her man... why is it that she was ready to fight Greg that night when her scaredy cat boyfriend was over but yet she wouldnt fight a girl trying to take her man? Sarah was full of BS. Kim... I hated her thru the whole show but that last episode when they were leaving, you can see that she took something from that experience and learned from it and I'm sure there were many instances like that that they didnt show. Brittni, I've always liked her personality. This was a very good season.
Good post Gifted...I agree with the majority of what you said...although I don't think Sarah watched any of the show for fear of having to watch herself cheating on her BF with him in the room watching as well, so I don't think there will be any growth from her. She definately made herself look bad to any potential job offers who watch MTV.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that kiss with her and Will and them sneaking off to the bedroom lol. She thinks she's high and mighty and probably doesnt want to see herself make mistakes, even though thats what humans do, so she stopped watching. She has a lot of growing up to do and a lot of life to experience.
