Tres Amigos!! Anybody gonna hit 'em up at Inkstop?
This was posted on Dave's iamonmtv.com profile:
Tres Amigos @ Ink Stop NYC!!! The guys and myself are going to be at Ink Stop in NYC on July 11th at 1:30pm getting tatts from our life changing expirience on the show. Whether it was a good or bad time for you in the house, I don't think anyone especially Will, Nick and I will ever be the same. So we want to thank the guys at Ink Stop for doing the work! You'll have to tune into the reunion when MTV releases the date to check out the work, or show up to the Shop to meet and hang out with us for a min DSKY
anybody from vevmo going?
haha, well i didn't figure you'd be there. but i know there's gotta be a groupie contingent.... anyone... anyone...? ...Bueller?
But I probably will be in New York that day and over the weekend. PS, Love the classic "Bueller" reference. It's an all-time favorite!
nick if you get that tattoo i will personally kick your ***. do you really want to be 70 with a rembrandt of BMP and your RW glory days/months/year(s) stamped on you?!??
Of course! Who wouldn't? I would like to go to New York and stalk them around the city like any normal person would do But I don't have any money to get to NYC or the energy.
nick if you get that tattoo i will personally kick your ***. do you really want to be 70 with a rembrandt of BMP and your RW glory days/months/year(s) stamped on you?!??
I've seen some very nice looking tattoos on women over the years, but I can never remember seeing a single one on a woman over about 50. Yesterday while standing in line at a car rental place in LA, I noticed a woman of about 55 ahead of me with her aging biker guy. I had the opportunity to look at her multiple tattoos for over about 45 minutes in that line and could only wonder if she had considered a visit to Dr. Tattoff (Big Brother Will Kirby's company.) There was nothing flattering about a single one of them. In fact, I thought it was kind of disgusting. Perhaps it is not the same for aging guys, but I think Parisa makes a very valid point. I have to wonder if the idea originated with Dave. He does not appear to have a history of the wisest decision-making.
lool you dont even know what we're getting???
I recall a mention of either a XX for season 20 or a recycle sign because the tres amigos motto is "we recycle chicks" (no comment but there was a gag reflex). Either way, NO NICK, NO. *for the record, I understand wanting a tattoo after such a unique experience; I got a tattoo on my last day in Sydney after I left the house that says "Allahu Akbar" (God is Almighty) in Arabic because after living in that house and going through all those ups and downs, I realized I never wanted to forget that I could turn to the Big Guy (or Girl). Yes, the show was a blip in the grand scheme of things but it was a turning point as far as growth/spirituality and I'll appreciate the reminder for the rest of my life.

So Nick, go ahead and fill in the class about what you and the Amigos are getting inked with!

He wants to be able to teach his kids about recycling in the future....for the planet and all..... ;)

Karma often has a way of revisiting us in strange ways. I don't think I was much different that the tres amigos when I was there age, and am grateful for no internet or mini-DV cams. Often after my daughter was born, it occurred to me that God does have a sense of humor. I spent lots of time warning my daughter about guys just like I was. Perhaps the tres amigos will one day suffer the same fate.

You never realize how many stupid things you did or tried to do, or wanted to do, until you have children and you hope they never act like you or know what you did do. Thank god, I never got that "mushroom" tattoo.

James from BB9's tats are awful! They must have spent thousands blurring those out this winter....

It does crack me up when I go to the pool now and I see all these woman who are older with some VERY INTERESTING tattoos, the ones that you know they were totally messed up when they got. Of course my favorite drunken mess tattoo, is the so classy "tramp stamp" There is nothing that says all class all the way, quite like the stamp.
