Being Cuban definetly made me sad to see Susie go, but she deserved to. Although it was wrong when they called her a street dancer. I think an early favorite to win is Katie.

I have to say I am glad Susie went, I didn't think that she should have been in the top twenty at all. She was a good dancer, just not top twenty. her salsa looked heavy and laboured, not crisp and electric. I think the nerves got to her. Anywyas, I am just thrilled that SYTYCD is back on and I am super excited for the canadian version too. Early favourites....I think Will is up there and also the little blonde ballroom dancer (I can't remember her name, forgive me, I am working nights) it should be a good season none the less

(she's partnered w/ "quirky" Mark). I really like her too. THeir dance last week in the white poofy dress was sooo cool. That's cool Canada is now having their own version!

This has turned out to be a really good season so far !

Last nights ep (to me) was not near as fun to watch as last weeks. I think it was the dances (Rumba, Samba, a few other boring ones ;)) I really LOVED Chelsea H. and Mark's dance to "Bleeding Love". I love that song and their choreography was SWEET. They had such remarkable expression the entire time. YEA for them!! Comfort and Chris could have had a really cool dance if they would have been more "animalistic" as Nigel said, and into it. Will moves incredibly too, not so sure yet about his partner Jessica.

I want Joshua and Will to go home. They are mad fruity. And isn't Mark the one who did that wierd dance in the auditions or was that Gev? I get them confused.

I get them confused.[/quote] haha that was mark who did the weird dance in the auditions... it made me fall in love with him. haha and sorry to break the news to you, but a lot of male dancers are fruity... but, i dont think will acts fruity at all and joshua not nearly as much as some of the other ones... anyway on to my opinions of the dancers... chelsie (blonde ballroom dancer) was my favorite last night. she was amazing and really made me [I]feel[/I] a dance for the first time ever. she wasn't dancing or performing, she was [I]living[/I] it. i thought mark did really well too, but nothing to rave about. but that was just amazing choreography... will is still amazing to me, and i thought he was really fun to watch. he made the routine good. i wish jessica would get sent home already... i thought courtney and gev did really well. i'm impressed with him doing the contemporary and ballroom dances so well. i thought matt and kourtni were good and cute. it was different which was nice. chris and comfort were terrible to me. i absolutely hated it. i dont even think if they were more "animalistic" it wouldve been good. i also agree with nigel when he said they shouldve used the sheets more, but thats not their fault...chris definitely deserved to go, i thought he shouldve left last week. joshua and katee were good overall, him more so than her. not my favorite type of dancing to watch on the show so nothing special to say. chelsea and thayne were boring and bad to me. i thought she deserved to go... and kherington and twitch were good. i was impressed with how well she did hip-hop. although i have to admit i completely forgot what they did until i looked it up. so i guess i wasnt all that impressed...

I thought if you get eliminated, your partner does too[/quote] chris went home and so did chelsea... and no you don't get eliminated if your partner does. then they wouldnt be really looking for the best dancer. if your partner sucks then its quite possible you'll be in the bottom 3 which means you have to dance a solo in your own style of dance. then the judges decide who goes. but i have a question for anyone who knows. last season i vaguely remember all the bottom couples having to do the same dance... did they get rid of that, or where does that come in?

i think they got rid of that but then again, i only been watching the show for the past 2 seasons.

I missed it last night...believe it or not I watched Norbit, LOL...it was by accident but it made me laugh a little. So who was the best of the night in you guys opinion?

ok so no one has posted their thoughts on this week... i loved katie and joshua again this week... i also thought kherington and twitch did amazing... and even though i dont think they were as good i really like mark and chelsie. i think i just like their personalities the best. that combined with them being really good dancers in the first place makes them my favorites for now. i thought comfort shouldve gone even though i have kind of been pulling for her and i thought thayne shouldve left because i think matt is just way better than him, but i'm not too heartbroken...
