Think you can tag the house with vevmo, and snap a picture - lol! :devil2: Yes, I know it is wrong. I really didn't just ask that....haha. Welcome Mike. Once we get the address nailed down for sure, we will need all the help we can get.
That would be so freaking funny!

Okay so I have quite a story for you guys. It was a Monday afternoon, July 13th to be exact. My family and I decided to take a day trip to Gettysburg. We were new to this town and didn't know where to go so we went to a Tour Center. Immediately upon entering the shop, I recognized a sign. It took me about a minute before I realized where it was from. I yelled out, "Woah! This is where the Real World: Brooklyn cast came!" The lady behind the counter gave me a bit of a dirty look when she replied, "Yep, unfortunately. They were very rude and inconsiderate." I was shocked, I asked how. "They were very cocky and didn't care about the people around them." I was honestly shocked because the guys were the last people that I imagined to be snobby. She told me that the guy working on the top level of the tour bus was pissed off the entire time and he said, "Never again." Did you guys ever think the Real World: Brooklyn guys would be inconsiderate? Even Scott?
Meh, I think it's probably just the woes of a big time production going to a small location/bar.
What really caught me by surprise was the fact that not one person in Gettysburg was slightly nice. They had this 'to cool for school' attitude. They would also always stare at us. I mean I would understand if they said the girls were snobby, but the guys? Joking :laugh1:
I just wanted to say how great Brooklyn was it was refreshing to have a season that didn't revolve around alcohol and sex
I just wanted to say how great Brooklyn was it was refreshing to have a season that didn't revolve around alcohol and sex
I agree. I loved that season and the roommates!
Although the edits needed improvement in some places, the first couple of episodes were the best, along with the episode where Ryan was called back. Loved it.

Amazingggg. I miss the whole dynamic. Yes, they were immature, but I would take rat pranks anyday over people fighting over Canada's number one DJ. What a horrible season that was. I miss Brooklyn so much!
I like that everyone in this season was real but it was just very boring most of the time. I really liked all of the boys and Baya but I couldn't stand Devyn, Sarah, and Katelynn. Scott letting Kate borrow all that money was one of the nicest things that I have seen anyone, on The Real World, do.

I know Katelynn said in the Reunion that she and her boyfriend Mike were still together but i still didn't feel closure from just her statement. I also found it strange that after the one episode that dealt with their relationship, he hardly was mentioned ever again nor do we ever see if he called her again and it was shown in the Dailies only. Unless they both prefer to keep the aspects of their relationship private even from the cameras, i always felt that their relationship was strange due to their lack of keeping contact.
They're engaged now.

I think I had posted somewhere in here that Chet moved to LA and Scott moved back home to New Hampshire. Devyn moved as well, and Baya is moving to Colorado this week.
The Brooklyn season, and Ryan Conklin in particular, are listed in a TV top 10 list for 2009 on HuffingtonPost. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ed-martin/isupernatural-the-middle_b_395016.html Terms such as "surprisingly effective" and "profound" are used in reference to RW21. The cast members are referred to as "memorable". I believe that is what made the season so successful when judged for its quality. (I have to say, as opposed to that reason season in Mexico with what's their names.)

That's great news, Indy! Brooklyn is my favorite season out of the last several years, so I'm happy for them that they were recognized. :)
RW brooklyn was nominated for a glaad media award for outstanding reality program. Congrats to them! http://www.glaad.org/mediaawards/21/nominees

GLAAD media awards are tonight...watched the live feed for the red carpet and saw Scott, Sarah and Chet so far...I am sure there will be pics up later tonight.

This is one of the best seasons ever. Brooklyn brought The Real World back IMO. I love how this season focused on REAL issues. The premiere is hands down one of my favorite episodes in Real World history.

I think Brooklyn was one of the most diversed casts.

Sorry about this but because I couldn't find a JD focused thread, I might as well.  My favorite JD moment was when he smashed the glass table after getting tired of Sarah's antics which would predictable extend to the Challenge.  Also, as for the Chet and Ryan bromance they were adorable and felt so legit.  The reunion showing that Ryan was actually gonna surprise the others by actually showing up when it wasn't likely he would was a legitimate moment that hit in the feels.

We need a homecoming with this cast

Would Sarah agree given her Challenge reputation and not wanting to be associated with anything RW related unless Susie was invited.  Bananas cheating you out of a money cut in your last Challenge would do that.

No the **** we don't... this boring *** season is the reason I skipped Cancun...
