Real World Hollywood: Episode 7 - Grumpy Young Men
"Impressive. Most impressive. Bacchus has taught you well. You have controlled your fear. Now, release your anger. Only your hatred can destroy me." Synopsis: Will and Dave blow up at Greg; the roommates prepare for Joey's return. From the previews it looks like this week's episode is going to top everything that we have seen to date on The Real World Hollywood, which is quite amazing. This has been a season to remember and it only keeps getting better. Obviously there is going to be a lot of controversy that emerges from what is to come, but I quite sure these young adults will work it out amongst themselves without need of our noble intervention. That being said, it looks like Dave and Will were required to take a class during the filming of the series as denoted by this press release:
Long Beach, CA, May 27, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The 20th season of MTV Real World Hollywood is in full swing. This year the housemates are living the life of debauchery in an eco-friendly pad. While the Real World residents treat Mother Earth with respect they are treating one another with disdain. MTV executives have called for the services of Shannon Munford the owner of Daybreak Counseling Service, an anger management education center in Los Angeles. After weeks of building tension, stained relationships, property damage and near fist fights the producers of the show determined Dave Sky and Will Gill would benefit from a professional anger management elass. Both Real World hot heads received 3 sessions of anger management education. Daybreak Counseling Service has provided anger management sessions for My Network TV’s Decision House, consultation services for Dancing with the Stars and New York goes to Hollywood. [via PR ]
It would seem that Greg wasn't around long enough to be forced into any kind of therapy, although MTV probably didn't consider debilitating narcissism an immediate danger to other house guests - just to the viewers.
It would seem that Greg wasn't around long enough to be forced into therapy, although MTV probably didn't consider debilitating narcissism an immediate danger to other house guests - just to the viewers.
Yeah I was going to say that I never saw any anger issues from Greg...He just cause everyone else's anger to escalate beyond the breaking point.
So I just watched the preview today. What the crap lead up to this, because Will just lost his flipping mind. And what about Dave.. he just went from sitting down listening to full fledged screaming with Will? I dunno, I thought it was just pretty weak and lame.

Well as many people have lectured on round here, even watching the episode doesn't tell the full story, so maybe none of us should comment on anything ever?
Well as many people have lectured on round here, even watching the episode doesn't tell the full story, so maybe none of us should comment on anything ever?
Sounds like a plan. ;)
When you watch the preview, watch the expression on Will's face in the first half. He is smiling and laughing. What I think we are missing is what took things to a more serious level. I guess I can wait another 9 hours to find out...
Well as many people have lectured on round here, even watching the episode doesn't tell the full story, so maybe none of us should comment on anything ever?
Hey, for what it's worth, I think people should comment on what they see, but we all should keep in perspective that BMP usually overdoes their preview editing to create a somewhat misleading impression.
Thanks V1man, I agree. Anyway, lookin forward to the ep, should be a good one. :D
Seriously...what is a message board for if we can't comment on what we see, previews or full episodes...or even on RWDailies...we all know there is more to the story than is shown, however the majority of the things we know about these guys comes from what we see, sure there are more to these people's personality's than what BMP shows, but who cares at this point? I am not here to justify any of the cast's flaws, I am just here to comment on what I see and discuss the episodes with the many other people on here who all have different views and opinions.
I actually don't want to see this episode, I've said this before that it's going to be hard for me to watch my boy Will lose it, because it seems like there has been a lot of backlash regarding him already and this is going to put Will haters into a frenzy. You know MTV is going to spin this whatever they way can and not show us everything, were just going to see Greg trying to antagonize his roomates which he always does, Will and Dave losing it, then Will saying some hurtful things and then everyone else but Greg is in the wrong here. I'm not interested in seeing Greg come off as a saint and not showing everything that is done to make Will lose it in this episode, with that said I hope this is the last episode for Greg.

No matter what Will says in tonight's episode, it could not possibly compare to what the Greg followers are spaming here, on youtube, on TRW Dllies etc about Will - which is ironic. ...and just to give you an idea of what kind of man Greg is, he even eggs on his blind flock of followers to spam and harass more. His level of insecurity is astounding. I guess it must derive from his abrupt boot from the show which in turn makes him feel the need to bring down the rest of his castmates...

Sad indeed
How did Greg's father die, does anyone know?
How did Greg's father die, does anyone know?
Unchartered territory, I don't think we should go there...
You're probably right, I was just wondering if it was a topic that was discussed on a past episode that I missed or not.

Too bad he doesn't have a youtube account I can leave hate mail on.
What a jerk! Too bad he doesn't have a youtube account I can leave hate mail on.
He does have an email address where you could send him your thoughts, lol. ....but I'll keep that to myself being I am attempting to turn over a new leaf concerning Lord Halstead and my hotheaded male, comments. :wink2:
What a jerk! Too bad he doesn't have a youtube account I can leave hate mail on.
Dont stoop down to his level, I know it would be so much fun but just let Greg do himself him. And I believe he will eventually. The preview looks good and Im just wondering what happened to make it go from funny messing around to whats shown in the preview. Off topic: If a houseguest leaves the show (voluntary or involuntary) can they still do challenges.
Off topic: If a houseguest leaves the show (voluntary or involuntary) can they still do challenges?
Yeah: Puck was kicked out of his house and did a Challenge, as was David (but he ended up leaving the Challenge because of an issue with Puck), Gladys was kicked off RR and did a Challenge as well.
Off topic: If a houseguest leaves the show (voluntary or involuntary) can they still do challenges.
Yes. Just look at David from LA, the first person to be kicked off. The truth is if Greg came out to play with the big boys he'd get his *** kicked. He said something about being able to whoop CT on this forum and CT heard about it. That caused a little fun for a bit (until Greg crawled back an apologized out of fear for his miserable life.) I'd love to see him mouth off on a Challenge, lol. People would be going home for forever, but it would make great TV. Edit: RW beat me to it. ;)
Also Abram got kicked off of RR and did challenges. But I think the 2nd time did him in.

Perhaps we should all be "real" about this. In two month's time, most of us will have a hard time remembering who Greg was.
