Cable Network sets "Dark Limit?"
[QUOTE]Which reality-show clogged network had to change its casting procedures after a racist internal policy was leaked? Producers had an informal ban on considering cast members who were "too black." They claimed it was because darker skin tones were hard to pick up on camera. Yeah, that's true. There were four networks pictured as the possible networks, VH1,Mtv, TLC, and Bravo. I can't remember if I saw it on Dlisted or perez but much of the speculation was Mtv and Bravo. I can't imagine it being BRAVO because they are very diverse.

This is absolutely appalling. I am waiting for the network to be named so I can slam their sponsors and make it known that this type of racism is not going to be tolerated in today's America. Very disturbing news.

maybe you should ask V1Man if there is a "word on the street". Maybe a rumored network that is known for this.

I wouldn't automatically assume it was Mtv. I mean, Tyrie is pretty dark skinned and he was cast....

I guess the only reason I would think it would be Mtv or Bravo is the description of "reality clogged" channel.
"Reality clogged" to me says Bravo, and then MTV. Both are pretty much wall-to-wall reality these days. However, the poster could be exaggerating. I am sure my mom or grandmother consider ABC (with all their dancing shows) or CBS (with all their competitive shows) "reality clogged."
Yeah, all these 'blind item' posts are pretty general, it could be several networks.

Hey let's start a crazy internet rumor and make it a post!!! I am bored! :D
