Real World 21: Deadline for tapes is today

What do you guys think?[/quote] You should be fine if you submit it at any point today. It is not like their submission website goes home at the end of the business day. I suspect they have it set up to accept uploads until Midnight PT. However, it wouldn't hurt to get it in as early as possible. ;)

Do you have the ability to turn it into an FLV? That would shrink it considerably. What type of tools are you working with? Worst case scenario, upload it to youtube, they will change it over (and compress it) for you and then snag it back from them (then delete it from there.) Or if you happen to have the Macromedia Flash Video encoder, just use that.

You can convert anything to anything, it just starts becoming a pain, lol. At the very least they will make it smaller, and fast. I gave you the poor man's compression tool not knowing the rules. ;)

Maybe make the video smaller? Can't you make it "email" size via iMovie? I use Adobe Premiere and am not overly familiar with mac tools.

Ok...it worked. Youtube has compressed it to 12 megs. Just need to grab it now!
