Real World: So who replaces Trisha?
Yeah, well since Trisha is kicked off now, will there be a replacement?
Yeah, well since Trisha is kicked off now, will there be a replacement?
There was no replacement for Trisha. The season was so far along at the time of her departure that Production decided to keep the cast at six and pray to God they would survive their remaining stay at "Maison de Drama" intact. Alex tipped us off a few weeks ago that there was not a 9th cast member.
Is this the first real world season to ever have TWO members leave/kicked off before?

If there was still two months to go, they could have brought in another roommate but maybe they didn't want to make it too confusing. Remember on RW San Diego when Frankie left they brought in some new guy for like the last week they were there?? That would hardly seem worth moving to me. ;)

I am sure if this would have happened in a domestic season at the same point during production, Trisha would have been replaced with a new cast member.
According to wikipedia, Charlie (Frankie's replacement on RW San Diego) lived in the house almost as long as Frankie did, but only appeared in 3 episodes while Frankie appeared in 23. I guess there was just so much storyline built around Frankie that there wasn't much room left for this guy. The same might go for Sydney. There's only six or seven episodes left, yet according to what cast members have said on recent episodes, we aren't even halfway through the time they spent in Sydney. But I guess because this season was built so much around the whole Trisha and Parisa dynamic, it's pretty much just downhill coastin from here til the end of RW. OH! And apparantly there was a rape allegation at the RW San Diego house! Crazy! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Real_World:_San_Diego

RIP yeah I heard about the rape allegation back then but it was hushed pretty quickly...sad huh that they would rather try to protect thier footage than be cooperative in a rape investigation that wasn't even a cast member.

I think that they should move Norin into the house, she seems like a cool chic. And my God she is gorgeous!
