Real World: Cat Fight - Parisa Pushes Trisha
What a surprise tonight! Right after The Hills was a sneak showing of The Real World and it was a brand new episode! I guess they wanted to try and grab The Hills crowd and suck them into the Drama. There was plenty of it! The first half of the episode was your standard Dunbar, aka Dummy Bear, half cheating on Julie stuff. You know, flirting with a roommate, grinding with a roommate, sleeping half naked in bed with a roommate while she strokes your back, etc. Then came the good part! Trisha just mentally imploded and knocked Parisa right on her *** out of nowhere. Total cheap shot! Parisa got up and had the where-with-all to avoid Trisha at all cost and get a call in to the producers on the red phone (which happened to be black.) Genius move ! I personally don't think I would have been able to contain myself and there is no question that Parisa would probably level Trisha if it came to blows. So instead of Fists of Fury II, Parisa gets to send Trisha home. I guess for Parisa it is almost worth abstaining from kicking the living shit out of Trisha, almost. The previews for next week show Parisa saying she wants nothing to do with Trisha and Cohutta as usual wins the award for best line delivered with a drawl to Trisha, "Ya better have your lips glued to her ***." I guess it is all to late for that as Trisha gets kicked off and we can all now move on with our lives, for Real. ;)
so i've been coming to this forum for a while checking out the spoilers you all post. i am avid watcher of the hills, as well as the real world. so tonight i got into my normal routine of watching the hills & then a commercial came on that they "couldn't wait to air it" until wednesday (which a reason for airing it early might be because wednesday is "black wednesday" as they call it & many people won't be at home to watch it). that totally made my day, but what is disappointing is the fact they're going to air the same one on wednesday...after airing it 5000 times before then. mtv is so frustrating. now, to my reason for posting. exactly how much longer is this parisa & trisha garbage going to go on? of course, this episode eneded with "to be continued..." & i have to wait 9 more days for that. i don't know how much more of this "i'm a good christian girl" i can take from trisha before i want to throw my tv out the window in frustration. i want to know what kind of christianity she follows, because aren't they suppossed to be accepting & understanding of others? plus she said GD...a real christian wouldn't say that. i think trisha is the worst of the worst with real world characters...& dunbar is a close second. the things he does to julie just makes me want to kick him where the sun don't shine. but i did give him SOME props when he said he was in love with julie to ashli-until he slept in the same bed as her. if i was julie, i would fly off the handle.
i am avid watcher of the hills
Hi Ellyk! Well if you have been reading much of what gets posted around these parts then you know how I personally feel about The Hills, but that is neither here nor there. ;)
wednesday is "black wednesday" as they call it & many people won't be at home to watch it)
I actually had forgotten about the fact that this was a holiday week and so I guess we can give MTV a little slack for showing it early. However, if they were going to put it on Monday and they knew this beforehand they could have at least told us rather then pandering directly to The Hills crowd and leaving us non Hills watchers stranded!
exactly how much longer is this parisa & trisha garbage going to go on? of course, this episode eneded with "to be continued..." & i have to wait 9 more days for that.
I have joked before that MTV is like a hostage taker. Once they have your attention they chop up the handful of interesting plot points available and hold them ransom with viewers over the longest period of time possible. My best guess is that next week would be the appropriate time in the storyline to set Trisha adrift, but you never know with these network clowns. If they are as hard up for ratings as I think they might be.......We could see the next episode start right at the fight and only make it up to to the pivotal vote... Bleh!
i think trisha is the worst of the worst with real world characters...& dunbar is a close second.
Gooooooaaaaaaaal!
if i was julie, i would fly off the handle
If I were Julie, I'd be single as of today. ;) Did anyone else catch the line, "Julie, seeing you cry hurts me more then it hurts you?" - OMG that was creepy! It was straight from one of those movies where the husband is about to chop up his wife...
Hey, Elka, welcome!!! I'm an avid Hills fan as well, we need more of us around these parts!! I was pleasantly suprised to see that RW was coming on after the Hills, but it does make the wait til the next one when Trisha gets booted and goes home that much longer and frustrating. Oh well, it's better than last year when they played the premiere for RW Denver THREE times the night before Thanksgiving and made it seem like a real 'threesome' between Alex, Colie, and Jen would happen when it was nothing of the sort. Anyhoo, wow, Trisha is really a basketcase!!! Major props to Parisa, I probably would have thrown Trisha in the harbor if I were her. I only wish Trisha would have actually gone home this week. Oh well. I was confused as to what their fight was about and what Trisha got so mad about. I may have to watch it again. Obviously I know it was about the phone. But Trisha got that mad just because Parisa said something about her talking to Jarod more than she talks to her family?? That's what pissed her off to the point of violance?? WOW. Let's see, Dunbar sucks. Like I said, he picked the whole stupid fight, then when he talked to her told her it was her fault that she made him go to the bar pissed off. (And of course being pissed off at Julie gave him no choice but to******** Ashli on the dancefloor. EWWW.) Oh, Dummibear. How predictable your behavior is.
This is the true story...of six white kids and one minority...picked to live in a house...work together, and have their lives taped...to find out what happens when people stop being polite...and start getting childish, immoral, selfish, and pine for camera time...The Real World Did anyone watch the Real World marathon in "Coral Vision" that led up to the Trisha pushing Parisa earlybird episode? LAME. Who want s to hear from Coral's obnoxious pie hole? Coral is so full of herself and tries to play moral highground with everyone. Another talentless person who gets by with her looks (really her *****, since she's not that hot). She had some of the meatheads from past Infernos to join her, like Evan and Kenny, although Paula was funny. I don't want to hear commentary from guys who can't decide which way to wear their hat, "I don't know, backwards, to the left, to the right, it's so hard to decideI'm feelin gangster, but kinda **********************". They were making fun of the way Cohutta talks (real original), just making fun of everyone, and it was funny at first, but got to be moronic by the end. They weren't saying anything fresh or actually witty. Kenny (about kelly anne): "She'd be hot with some fake *****" Ashli has the same depth and qualities of monkey feces. I remember Parisa explaining how she wasn't as open with the new roomie due in part to people taking advantage, etc, and that Ashli's form of questioning was just a means of talking about herself. In which case, it was. Ashli said int he confessional that Parisa didn't ask her any questions about her life. So, that means you weren't interested in Parisa just as she had thought. I used to remember watching the real world and being entertained. This cast lacks diversity, lacks depth, and too much focus is made on sexual mishaps, and hook-ups. Ther'e s no real back story. They've thrown this one together poorly, and it's weak. I think I'm going to give up on Mtv altogether.
I have been watching The Real World from the beginning and I have seen the show move from a reality show about issues facing young people to Jerry Springer: Spring Break Edition in a house. These days they don't even touch on issues like race relations, homosexuality, THE WAR IN IRAQ. Talk about the elephant in the room! You would think that we would hear at least one reference to the war being that it is the single most divisive issue to be facing young Americans today. There also just happens to be a Persian American in the house as the Bush Administration ratchets up the war mongering with Iran. Yet, that premise is hardly touched. Maybe the cast is just to stupid to talk about anything other then getting drunk and cheating on significant others?
I've also been watching TRW from Season 1.....the show has just adapted to a different audience......they have a wicked smart casting crew, and they know how to get what they want. They were the original Reality show....and they know how to "keep it fresh" so to speak. For us longtime fans....thats not a good thing. For ratings...it is. THANK GOD TRISHA IS GOING DOWNNNNN she's so annoying...i wonder if the rest of the cast will hate Parisa because of it.
THANK GOD TRISHA IS GOING DOWNNNNN.
The only reason I watch. Well that and I am really starting to make picking on Ashli my new hobby...

But Mtv may have decided not to use any of that in the twenty two minutes a week we see because it doesn't fit the tone of the show that they want aired. I know this cast is pretty lame, but I can't imagine that the war wasn't discussed at any time during the four month period. I just can't see how that would be possible. On BB8, we heard **** discuss a variety of serious subjects relevent to the world today, but it was never aired, and that show was on three hours a week.
On BB8, we heard **** discuss a variety of serious subjects relevant to the world today, but it was never aired, and that show was on three hours a week.
Big Brother is not about the lives of the cast or about greater societal issues, rather it is a competition to eliminate all others during the course of three months. A competition reality show. The supposed premise of The Real World is to watch the lives of these people as it happens in a candid fashion. There is no competition. It is supposed to be a window into the lives of young kids today as they are placed together in a house. If you import in vapid, lifeless characters that are devoid of the mental tools to carry on an intellectual conversation, you footage will reflect that! That is why we have heard nothing other then drunken babbling for 3 months, not because the editors decided to cut all the "high level" discussions out...
Okay, I am not saying that they had lengthy enlightening discussions about it. I am saying that I honestly can't imagine it was never brought up. We have never heard anything about Parisa's background and religion, but I am willing to bet that she discussed it, that's all.

I think it is much more likely that it has not been discussed in any detail as there is no one to discuss it with...
I dont think anyone could ever discuss anything with Trisha because all you will get back is a bunch of her brainwashed christian bullshit. And i dont really think Ashli's vocabulary contains many words besides "****" and "i hate that stupid girl".. Cohutta and Issac are DEF my favorites although i think i speak for everyone when i say that. Its too bad though that they arent shown very much, i dont think they do enough spitting, swearing, pushing, etc to get airtime. Was Issac at home when the whole fight thing happened? I bet hes glad he missed all that drama.. lol
I like Cohutta and Isaac a lot too...ALL of the girls this season were just too much...except for Parisa. She is my fave girl
Its too bad though that they arent shown very much, i dont think they do enough spitting, swearing, pushing, etc to get airtime.
Cohutta, Isaac and Parisa all seem like great people and I'd love to meet them in real life. I have already met Trisha and the rest of the jokers from RW Sydney many times before as they are just your run of the mill clicky ******. Born with a sense of privilege, under classed and barely possessing the brain processing power of a low level primate - I have no desire to meet them again. When Viacom/MTV Networks had that mass firing in February, they most have promoted the mail room boy to casting director...
I heart Isaac. He is just so attractive to me. I guess that shows you how personality can come through and make someone hot. At the beginning of the season, I thought he looked good enough, but he wasn't really my type. But his quirky, funny, laid back personality makes him my reality tv crush of the moment. Well, him and Nick Starcevic of BB8. :D
Is that really why we have this god awful cast? Because Viacom/MTV fired people in Februar? Honestly, I really hope so...because there has to be some sort of excuse for these 4 awful, awful humans being allowed to display their total crap every week for millions--without reprocutions. WHO can I write a letter of complaint to about this?? I mean, obviously TRW would never have won an emmy or anything, but for crying out loud...this season is a whole new low. Remember the first real world in NYC? Actual conversations/discussions...more understanidng/growth, less editing. And no potential spouse abusers!! (Dude, I would call him "Dummy Bear" except I'm afraid he'll beat Julie up for it since she was clearly the one who didn't respect his wishes and made it a thing.) ;-)

That is why they are going back to LA and have announced they are doing a show with a focus on jobs like the first season in New York. What is the point of the current cast anyway? If they wanted another Vegas season they could have at least gotten hot people! As for saying Dummybear - Hmmm, you have me thinking. It really might be putting Julie in imminent danger as "It's all her fault!" Scary but true....
What is the point of the current cast anyway? If they wanted another Vegas season they could have at least gotten hot people!
most of these people are ugly inside and out.
Bacchus, I was just thinking about the Vegas cast earlier today. I can't possibly compare that cast with the Sydney one...In Vegas there was a variety of folks there from all walks of life...far more complicated, interesting and racially diverse. Plus, I was thinking about when Bren threw the fork at Stephen (or whatever his name is) and he was so dead set on sending her home, the rest of the cast was kind to her ...he was a little abusive to her, as a recall, saying after he decided to throw her out--though she was sobbing, admitted that she has a crush on him, and begged him not to--"Now tell me that you messed up your life. Say it's all your fault and you messed up!" (Something along those lines...) Anyway, his castmates totally called him out on that shit, standing up for her. No one stands up for Parisa!! I mean....Coh. and Isaac do in their own quiet ways...but it's just not enough. I'm still completely confused as to why Parisa got *****ed out for not making one of thse girls (the two blondes look a lot alike to me...so I haven't a clue who it was) an egg, tomato and cheese sandwich made to order... And now you say that Ashli and Kelly Anne SPIT on Parisa as retaliation for sending Parisa home?? It's just crazy, and I can't believe MTV has compiled this cast. We can get drama and high ratings without featuring racist, homophobic, wife beating trash. anywho...I just wanted to defend the Vegas cast somewhat.
I am not saying I didn't like the Vegas cast, they were very likable, it's just that they were put in a mega bar/casino and expected to get drunk and have sex. That was the premise of the season. The beginning of the end of The Real World. If you are going to stick 7 strangers in a plain old regular house (albeit in a foreign country) and be devoid of the model good looks and wild and crazy ways of Vegas, then at least get smart people - or people with real issues. I am not talking about issues that can be managed with cocktail of lithium and Zoloft, I am talking about political, ethnic, racial, sexist and generational issues that were once the staple of this show. So, I am not trying to compare this cast to Vegas which I can agree where racially diverse, interesting, good people. I am just saying that because the show has become bereft of anything real, they might as well stick them back in a decadent casino and upgrade on the looks. ;)
I was wondering, in the earlier seasons wasn't the age cutoff older?? Like on RW New York it seemed like possibly Norm and uhhh.. the rapper lady (can't think of her name) definitely looked older than 24 or whatever the cutoff age is today. Also, Irene from season 2 seemed older as well. I don't know if it's that time has changed that much, or if Mtv only casts the hard core partying and 'easy' type, or if because the casts usually seem to be younger and are less responsible and goal oriented, or if all of the above has contributed to all of the changes. I think if they made it a twenty something show of all ages there might once again be a little more range and depth to the cast members. But I guess they don't want another situation like season 3 where they cast a med school student who was basically never there.
Yeah, really. Very disgusting. It makes me really angry when I see the preview for next weeks episode. KellyAnne is a worthless. She's not even a true friend to Parisa. I hope Parisa knows this. Trisha is a slob. How self centered is she?! She's not even sorry for using violence towards another human being. Christian my behind. Editing is to blame to make it look like she kissed another man? How crazy is she. These girls are embarrassing. I don't even want to call them women. To think, these are the females of the next generation, how sad. It's kind of weird because I'm in Cali, 23 years old. And I watch the Real World thinking that these people were older. I don't know, I look pretty young for a 23y/o. The way they act, it's pretty awful. Parisa, Cohutta, and Issac are my faves. I hope we see them stand up for her. Oh! And until I saw the posts stating that they know for a fact Trisha was sent home, I was thinking MTV was maybe manipulating the whole thing on purpose, like deleting Trisha's picture from the Real World home page on MTV.com. Maybe Parisa doesn't send Trisha home and this was all just to make us watch! But that all went out the window when I read the post. Yay, Trisha goes home!

The reality of it is the web team over at MTV is notorious for leaking things on accident. If Myspace is spoiler gold, MT'V's own incompetence with their website is spoiler silver for sure! The most memorable incident was during road rules viewers revenge when they released the episode blogs saying what happened two days before the show aired. Gotta love it! :D

Rw Las Vegas = Awesomenss Rw Sydney=dog Throw Up(after He Ate His Own Shit) Parisa, Issac And Cohutta Are The Only Ones I Like I Would Cut Dummybears Balls Off Tell Ashli To Go To Van Nuys To Get A **** Carreer Put A Sign On The Back Of Trisha Saying "dont Let This ***** Use The Phone At All Oh And If She Does Shoot To Kill" And Kelly Anne To Go Back To 6th Grade And Learn Something
LMAO!!!! How do you REALLY feel EastNY????? Actually you are putting into words my dark thoughts I have about the cast but don't have the courage to say. So thanks for being like, my assertive dark alter ego!! :D
yeah, Katiedid, the cut off age was a lot older. (You're thinking of Heather B, by the way.) Though...I think Becky was the oldest in that cast at age 25. (It just seemed like they were waaay older because we were so young then.) Who is the med student from season 3? Where was season 3? San Fran? Also, how is everyone seeing this preview where Kelly Anne spits? I sware the preview that's running in my neck of the woods does not show that. I know I 'll see it soon enough, but could someone post a link to it here?
Not sure where there is a link anymore, they showed a "Coming up this season" preview a couple of episodes ago.... I think it is the episode before the whole Isaac seeing the blackbird thing..... So I would go to realworld.mtv.com, try and figure out what episode that was, and then watch the preview at the end, hopefully it will be there. Or hopefully someone else can give you a direct link. :) Anyway, I suppose you're right. Man, Norm seemed like he was older than 25 but it must have just been because I was so young. Now I will be 25 next month, crazy! It's funny to have watched this show from such a young age and they all were so much older and now I've surpassed the age of the currect cast members! Makes a gal feel old. ;) Oh, and season 3 was San Francisco, the medical student was the Asian girl with the streaky hair...
oh, right, I remember her. She's the one who married Jed..or Jeb...or something like that, right? say it ain't so, 25 next month?!? You know you're an old lady when you surpass the age of the real world cast... ;-) did you ever send in an audition tape for the RW?

From the context of Trisha being kicked off and that causing the outburst, it could be assumed that the spitting promo will run again Wednesday night and actually happen two weeks from now. Guess we will all have to wait. ;)

Unless you are making fun of Bacchus, of course. :D Nah, I always thought of making a tape, but never seriously considered it. I wouldn't want to be subjected to the opinions of people like me. ;)
