Top Chef 4 currently shooting (and re-shooting) in Chicago

The below quote is very telling. Even though we know reality shows are not real, do we really want to know how scripted they are? It is funny to read that the five second scene on television where "the cast is running toward the thing" actually took 4 takes along with 3 script re-writes, 2 set changes and 1 wardrobe refit (ok...I am exaggerating....er....I think!)
