General Hospital

They are not killing him off, they are going to age the character. Which is sad. But I can see how the actor's parents may want him to focus on schooling at this time of his life, he's been on the show since he was a little tyke. I just came from SOD website and fans are ranting and raving like it was the show's decision to recast him. I highly doubt they would pursue that plot unless the actor and his family felt it was time to move on. The whole coma and brain damaged thing...I don't want them to do like they did with Jason. Worked wonders for his character and allowed the writers to go somewhere with him, but it just won't work with Michael. Someone dies die though. There are a view candidates that would change Port Charles forever, like the promos say, but it's not going to be Michael.

I try to stay away from spoilers and such because I am often times a week or more behind. My sister manages to spoil it for me anyhow. For instance I found out Michael was in a coma before Kate even asked him to go to the warehouse. LOL I'm just guessing that it's the actor's decision to leave. He could have been fired, but I don't think GH would do that to a beloved child actor.

In my quest to kill time I work, I just found this thread. Do you guys still watch GH?

I do. The russian mob vs. the mother storyline is good.

I know...I have been completely bored by it lately, but since Sam and Liz went to the cabin I have been hooked again. I enjoy the friendship between Sam and Liz and hope it keeps up. But I would like to see Jason and Liz together...doubt it will happen now that their son has been kidnapped.

I like her being single again...I got bored of the Jax/Carly marriage because it was always him whining about Sonny. I want to see Carly in a relationship where she is more equal- not the mob's bosses wife or the hotel mogul's wife.

i love general hospital. i dvr it during the week and then watch it ont he weekends. i didn't like how carly could say whatever she wanted about kate, but teh second jax wanted to say anything about sonny carly got mad at him. talk about a double standard. i soooo want jason and liz together, it will never happen but i would love to see it. i dont' want jason and sam back together though, i hated them together.

I don't want Jason and Sam together either- but I think it looks like Liz and Jason will never get their chance. I wouldn't mind Liz and Lucky get back together, but I feel like they have reached such a good spot in their friendship, and it would be nice to see them just keep that.

i was watching Thursday episode today and i saw Aunt Raylen. Who is the actress that plays her and what has she been in? She looks familiar to me and I can't think of were I have seen her. Can anyone help.

I have yet to see Friday's episode, but I really hate that the writers are determined to keep Liz and Jason apart. It just doesn't seem right. What is more disappointing is that I am a Jax fan and he is being a total *** of late. boo!!!!!!!

Hey ladies....enjoying the new storyline? I was really annoyed last week with the repeat of the Metrocourt showing the virus getting out, then backing up to what happened before. But I feel like this has been the spice the show needed lately. I am tired of the Lucky/Liz/Sam/Jason mess- what's next a hook-up between Liz and Sam or Jason and Lucky?

Hey that might spice things up a bit. I'm tired of the Liz/Lucky reunion. Been there done that too many times. If they were meant to be it would have stuck already. I was kind of hoping that they would have killed off Sam during the Russian mob thing. But no such luck, maybe this crisis will be her last. I was ticked at Monica for even asking Jason if he had anything to do with the outbreak. So not cool. No wonder he disowned the lot of them. Oh and Emily look-a-like. Puh lease! Why kill Emily so definitively if they were just going to bring the actress back. It's a soap, even if the actor/actress quits of their own desire you never ever kill the character and leave a body...because when they don't make it big on primetime or on the silver screen they will be back begging for their job back. I was actually shocked that Johnny and Maxi were able to stop themselves. So uncharacteristic of them. Oh well, there is always next time.

Ohh...I wondered what the Emily-clone was up to. I haven't read any spoilers lately, as I just caught up with my DVR'd episodes last night. Let me add a spoiler tag quickly incase anyone is behind and doesn't want to know this... [SPOILER] I was so sad when Leyle died! But I know something fishy was happening when she suddenly got a fiance and was so happy with her life. You can't be happy with your life on GH unless you are about to die. [/SPOILER] I too was mad when Monica asked Jason if he was involved with the virus deal. Poor Jason...he gets **** from everyone.

I'm up-to-date so I don't mind spoilers. When Leyle was first talking about her fiance I thought for sure he was going to be involved in this whole Equinox thing. Is that stereo-typing? Probably. I just thought it was a bit fishy, but I guess they were just trying to pull on our heart-strings a bit because they were killing her off.

Maybe he's the one who grabbed the missing sphere? We still don't know who that was. I thought it was weird that he could have been in the hospital the entire time but never looked for her yet- or maybe he pulled a Lucky and snuck in.

They didn't show him entering the hospital, but from what he told Patrick was that he was in the hospital to pick up Leyle for a dinner date when the place was shut down. He said he tried to have her paged several times. So we are to assume that he was wondering around the hospital all this time and he finally made his way up to the nurses' station.
