Considering this special it's really 14 episodes, and since there are after shows, and maybe some kind of reunion its 15ish. That's still 3 1/2 months. PLENTY of time. Day and Kyle are the last of the "unknown boot order" to go (likely Kyle) as Bear/Paulie/Nany/Dee are all gone since Wes is with Day and Turbo is with Ninja.

No, I think Day placement in the lock thread is correct. I do find it odd that the Day is next to Wes & Ninja Nat is next to Turbo when the partners are usually next to each other..but I do remember her being active (following someone) not long after pink posted her name.
