So I thought maybe the theme was Legends (season 30 must be their 5th or higher challenge) vs. Vets (season 30 must be their 3rd or 4th challenge) vs. Rookies (season 30 must be their 1st or 2nd challenge), and the guys add up perfectly with 5 on each team, but unfortunately the girls are uneven with the legends having 6 and the rookies only having 4.
