Tonya said she was done with challenges after the Inferno 3 but came back to do The Island and The Ruins, Mark said he was done with Challenges after the Gauntlet 2, well he came back for the Duel 2. These people arent done yet until MTV stops calling them.

Oh that would be interesting. I've noticed that people on RW or RR have aged really good or bad. Rememeber Tonya from Real World Chicago, Cara was jealous of Tonya and her fit body and she even said so.As the years went buy Tonya has gotten worst to the point on the Ruins she looked like an completeley different person. Veronica in my opinion has gotten better by age she looked decent on Road Rules Semester at Sea but on the Ruins she looks way better than she had before i still liked her with blonde hair on the Inferno but anyways Real World people gae badly Road Rules people age good. Look at Veronica,Mark,Darrell,Susie,Ibis, Rachel I mean they look even better.
I could see them coming up with another individual format.
And I was watching Fresh Meat 2 and Darrell said that the next one he is on that he will win.
Something tells me that he will still come back even if it isn't a Duel.

I think he had said that during the FM filming but that was before he found out he was going to be a father. I still think he'd come back for a Duel or a similar individual format, but probably not for a couple of years.
So did Ev say on her blog that she'd ONLY come back for a Duel?! I really don't want to see her be done with challenges!

I don't think so. If they do a Gauntlet 4 then they need to scrap the whole Rookie vs Veteran thing. They did tha t2 times in a row. I want something diffrent.

I agree that the rookie vs. vets thing wouldn't work. There wouldn't be anyone on the veteran's team that has already won a challenge (at least they had MJ and Janelle on G3).
At this point I don't care how they divide teams, as long at the division makes the teams equal. Maybe evens vs. odds?
I can see them doing that for Fresh Meat 3, IF the challenge series lasts long enough to get to that point. Just to switch it up. They would have to have some incredibily athletic Fresh Meat though. And even then they'd probably still be crushed by the veterans.

Just to play devil's advocate... from their point of view, if they suspect the challenge series will be ending soon, they would probably want to get all they can out of it before it's canceled and their 15 minutes are up.
If it was me, I'd do every challenge I was offered if I suspected it was coming to an end.
Maybe blame production for always offering the spots to the same people!
