Exactly. So they need to be done with those two states. :p
This cracked me up as it came out of nowhere. :thank_you2:

Im not jumping to any conlclusions here but could this be for the april challenge?
I hope so! Not that I love these 3 but the fact that at LEAST one road ruler will be on makes me happy. I hate that they don't even bother any road rulers it seems and we all know there are many of them that would like to be on the show. I know that BMP thinks they may not be as popular as real worlders but I think most fans remember and care about the shows enough to want to see some old yet familiar faces.
She is talking about a charity party in Vegas. Not a Challenge.
We need to slow our roll around here before rumors and speculation take on a life of their own.
I'm thinking late April, early May - like The Ruins.
I was living in DC when they finally filmed Real World-DC (which I had been wanting for years), now that I moved to Puerto Rico I'd love for the next RW season (after B2NOLA) to be Real World-San Juan :).
As far as the challenges, definitely not a Ruins 2, and I think we've had enough Gauntlets and Infernos so I'm really not sure. I've always wanted Battle of the Seasons 2, but I'm not sure how that could work with the FM kids and with Road Rules having been cancelled ages ago. I'd vote for a totally new format...

Battle of the season forgot about that one,If they ever considered they have Teams RW11-23/24 and Teams FM1-2,RR Teams 11-14 to choose from.

Fellow Puerto Rican nice..i did hear through some grapevine down here, that BMP did check out some hotels in Rincon (western coast town that caters to tourists and surfers) which Im guessing was for a challenge, but the hotels I think couldn't handle that type of thing so they said no.

Hi fellow Boricua :). If I'm not mistaken, before they confirmed that the 22nd season of the show would be taking place in Cancun, it was rumored that it would be filmed in Puerto Rico. Apparently Puerto Rico is not completely off the radar and BMP has thought of doing RW in PR before.
It's interesting the they were checking out hotels in Rincon (I actually grew up in the island and have been to Rincon many times and I love that place :)) but I agree with you that it was probably for a challenge. If they ever do RW in PR I'm almost positive that the city chosen will be San Juan. Let's keep our fingers crossed lol. If you are a fan of this show and have been for a while, the experience of having the show be filmed in the city you live in it's pretty cool. I experienced this while I was living in DC (my apartment was less than 10 blocks away from the RW house) and it really a pretty cool experience.
I'd honestly preffer a challenge here..I have been a non fan of RW for a while now, but the challenges are still fun.
I know what you mean, but I'd prefer a RW season because normally during challenges the interaction with the locals, and consequently the stalking lol, is kept to a minimum. I can't remember how many times when I was living in DC I'd be at bar with my friends and the cast would walk in... After a while it got old but in the beginning I guess it was cool. I know, I sound like a groupie lol.

We had speculated Puerto Rico because the casting call for that season mentioned life-guarding abilities and Spanish-speaking a plus. But boy, were we wrong when we got Cancun... :p
The Island was well-intentioned effort but I think it should be left as a one shot deal too. Instead I'd love to see something new or one of the older, lesser used formats.
I want Battle Of The Sexes 3 because it has way more players than any other challenge plus I think the older castmembers would make a comeback if it was that challenge.

If I recall correctly, they can no longer do a BOTSexes style format because the name or whatever was copyrighted and the fact that its not fair to the females who compete.

I think a Battle of the Seasons 2 is possible but they're going to have to change the format a little bit.
And as for the Ruins...I would like to see another Ruins but ONLY if the teams are evenly stacked and the voting process changes.

The teams for the first Ruins were very unfair. The champions team had all big guys- (Darrell, Kenny, Evan, Syrus, Johnny, Wes) with Derrick being the only "little" guy, but lets face it, the kid is a pitbull. The challengers had Dunbar, Danny, and Brad with Chet, Adam, Nick, Cohutta being the smaller guys. Now, I don't think you necessarily need big guys to win the challenge, seeing as how Cohutta took out Wes, but they could have least stacked the teams with at least some good enough players to take out the bigger (if not better) champion players. Ct would have been perfect. The also should have put in at least 2 road rulers- maybe Derek and Dan or David Leech.
Here is a great idea: Just do an original, 12 people on each team format.
Team Real World vs Team Fresh Meat/Road Rules.
I think that would be a great idea and the Kenny vs Wes rivalry would still work.

Yeah see I agree with that. BMP really needs to start dividing the teams evenly in terms of strenth. I'm tired of seeing one team just dominating the other. That's why I like the Indvitual formats better and I think that after Fresh Meat 2 they should look into another indivitual format.

Ct was asked, I believe.
If there is a Gauntlet 4, they should change the number of challenges required to be a vet.
Think of this team of vets:
Men
Evan
Kenny
Johnny
Derrick
Wes
CT
Brad
Women
Kelly Anne
Sarah
Evelyn
Susie
That team would be way too stacked. I'd make the vet qualification 5 challenges and at least 2 wins, basically combine it with The Ruins. That would make the teams much even.

5 challenges and at least 2 wins? So you want the vet challenge to consist of like 6 people? No offense but even without the 2 wins, I don't think I want an entire team of challenge ****** who we see every challenge anyways.
Ct was asked, I believe.
I thought they wanted to ask him but too many cast members were opposed to him being on the show with them?
I thought they wanted to ask him but too many cast members were opposed to him being on the show with them?
More than one person has told me that he is taking a break from the shows, so I believe he said no to being on The Ruins. As I've said in the CT thread, probably at least another year until he comes back from what I've been hearing. I live in Massachusetts so I do run into people from time to time that know a bit about the situation.
I thought they wanted to ask him but too many cast members were opposed to him being on the show with them?
Yes, I heard something along those lines. I don't think they have an idea of who they want to ask, then ask the cast if it's ok with them. Actually I don't really know, so let's just leave it at what you said, cause what I heard was similar. I know he is taking a break, but at the time of the Ruins, he wasn't confirmed of taking a break yet, so I don't really know the situation.
