People still watch this show? Lol. They come across a bad guy/group, takes a season longer than it has to be to kill villain off,  kill off unimportant characters and one main one for shock value, rinse and repeat.

The show started losing me when Shane and Merle got killed off. As messed up as they were, they had very interesting stories. The rest of the group minus Carol was too bland for me to stay interested in the show. Even Darryl became such a bore in later seasons.

JDF has been doing a great job as Negan so that has me still tuning in. You’re right about the boring formula though. Scott Gimple was the worst thing ever to happen this show. I wish Frank Darabont or Glen Mazzara we’re still around.

The show is just rehashing the same plot over and over and over and over and over and over. That's the real problem. Unlike Breaking Bad which they masterfully had a beginning, middle, and end, The Walking Dead had an amazing beginning and 7 years of being stuck in the same middle.

Shes still the same ****** she's been the past few seasons. Negan, Carol, Morgan are the only good characters on the show right now. They remind of the good old earlier seasons days when Daryl used to be a ******.

I don't even know who Morgan is lmao. But good, I always liked Carol.

Morgan from like season 1 episode 1. The one who saved Rick

The show took huge downfall with Scott Gimple, but now when they moved him to another position maybe show could rise again.

Person taking over is Angela Kang she’s been with The Walking Dead since season 2.

He is one of the very few good things on the show right now Kloun. They're shipping him off to the sister spinoff show though smh.

I did always like him. He's the one with the zombie-wife, right?

She needs to write episode(s) which Greg Nicotero would direct, I would like to see their chemistry.

She already has and one of her episodes was the one where Rick kills Shane. She also wrote the one where Dale dies in season 2.

TEA! I haven't watched since. Smile

I stopped watching after Beth's death. Its so boring and predictable.

Maybe it wouldn't be so boring if they didn't try to stretch 3-4 seasons worth of content into a decade. They easily could have told all 8 seasons in half that. Do what HBO is doing, make 1 good show and then cash in with a bunch of spinoffs later, while you still have a fanbase

Season 1 was done right. One volume in one season. Now Maggie and Rick leaving. That's too much!

The Governor had like 3-4 volumes & Negan had over 4, this makes no sense

Best episode in a while. And tara >>>>>

I am still shooked from the episode I mean I knew it was coming but I wasn't sure who they were going to get in a way I knew they were not going to go the comic book route that would of been predictable. The characters they choose to bite the dust I teared up with Tammy, Enid, Tara and Henry. At first I thought they were going to kill the group that was going to protect hilltop but when they started showing all the missing people. I am glad they showed how they fought to the last minute as Sadik was telling the others. Glad the King Ezequiel, Rosita (even tho I would of prefer her to bite the dust instead of Tara or Enid), and Luke were safe unlike in the comics.

Yeah, last night I cared about this show more than I have since at least season 6. Keep it up Kang & Co.

The Pike scene & the fighting back scene were both Iconic, I watched the last 10 minutes or so like 3 times

Still shook tbh. They really played Tara, Henry, Enid, And Tammy!! Plus I was starting to live the highway men!!! Ughhh.

Carol really has lost four kids :’(

Loving the new additions too. Daryl & Connie duo >>>>
