I dont think Vevmo has ever been this poppin before. People who haven't posted since 1926 are coming out of the woodwork lol Thanks Nia!
My mistake, then. That's ******* disgusting. Real mature, Johnny.
Tried to tell you he was shady, lol.
I call that unprofessional too, I never once denied that(or discussed that). :) And I meant that it looks HORRID when it's blasted on TV. If Nia was to apply to med school, law school, etc. and the admission committee saw a video of her punching someone as a conflict resolution method, it wouldn't look good
I feel you. But Johnny as a man should know better.
Rumor of the day is that someone in the Portland media is working on a story about city officials and their view of "domestic" violence sanctioned by a filming permit. This could get interesting.
This comment is just dripping with misogyny.
Not at all. Do you think it's okay to hit someone like that if they weren't coming after you? It's my opinion, one that is shared by both numerous men and women. Any woman who hits another man should expect to be hit back. I'm not saying punched in the face, but if she was punching me like that I would've pushed her on her *** and held her down until she got herself steeled down. Now you can call me anything you'd like.

I'm sure I'm not alone when I say I'm pretty much only watching cause they are showing the beginning of Nia's fights, although they'll likely leave it as a cliffhanger. We shall see!

Speaking of that, you missed my point. By the way, define 'coming after you.' Nia perceived Johnny coming up to her and pouring a drink on her as 'coming after her.' I think that is valid. Now, if you mean 'coming after you' in the sense of Johnny returning any type of blows, then I'll agree. Nia went overboard. However, I can't completely get behind the notion that any woman who hits a man should expect to be hit back. Context is important. Of course, there are also the difference in strength capacity. I don't think a man should necessarily hit a woman, but he should defend himself in some manner. Johnny obviously did not. Like you said, he should've pushed her off and restrained her. I would have done the same. My misogyny comment was more or less aimed at your choice in words in conveying your disgust. A woman who hits a man is not a woman and shouldn't be treated like one. After revisiting the quote, I take less of an offense now than before. I understand the message. I just think context is very important, but I think that goes without saying.
The cast is really hyping the upcoming episode on Twitter. There's talks about it being a **** show and that people will hate the cast by the time it's over. Well, call me excited. It could be the best/most interesting RW episode since Las Vegas 2's "Dustin Shows His Hand, Heather Folds". ...Or it could really just make us all disgusted with them and their pettiness/irrationality.
Can you just stop!? Holy hell, it is that hard to be mature and not insult people at every chance? This is to everyone who can't take opinions that differ from theirs and use little jabs to make themselves feel better. No wonder the mods seem to be annoyed, this bickering is just plain stupid.
and this is the season finale right? Usually most of the final episode is spent on them talking about leaving and they spend like 15 mins showing them packing and leaving or maybe they dont do that anymore. Hopefully the episode isnt just 5 seconds of a fight
Nope, it'll be the second-to-last episode. There is The **** They Should Have Shown afterwards, though.
So the reunion is playing right after the finale next week? Didnt know they did it like that, so I guess it should be on an hour early
So the reunion is playing right after the finale next week? Didnt know they did it like that, so I guess it should be on an hour early
Looks like it's RW at 10 and the Reunion at 11. Burning off the show as quickly as possible.
This episode better live up to the hype. There's already 30 pages.
Tried to tell you he was shady, lol.
I'm stubborn like that sometimes haha
Rumor of the day is that someone in the Portland media is working on a story about city officials and their view of "domestic" violence sanctioned by a filming permit.
I'm stubborn like that sometimes haha In reference to the Portland cast or to Real World in general?
Portland. The city officials in Portland could care less about RW in general, but are apparently not happy with the commercials for RW Portland, thinking they reflect poorly on their city. It may be timed to appear next Tuesday or Wednesday, if there is anything to the rumor.
This episode better live up to the hype. There's already 30 pages.
This isn't the official thread, this is last weeks thread. I think it's time for a close or a shift.
Methinks Johnny may have been retaliating for her turning on the light and waking him up when Nia came into the room. Also, just because he said it had his boogers on it does not necessarily mean it actually did, he could have been doing his own instigating in retaliation. Just a thought.
This isn't the official thread, this is last weeks thread. I think it's time for a close or a shift.
I think you're probably right. The conversation can be continued here.
