Nice try, Justine was the youngest final runner at 29 & Tyson dominated the season in his early 40s. That may have been the oldest average age for players in the final besides All Star seasons.
Middle aged challenge men? Lol. I'd hardly call the likes of Monte, Chris Underwood, Sebastian, Fessy, Cory, Josh, Lewis or even Paulie middle aged. Plus, MOST are known strong competitors from other shows. The oldest two men are Wes and Bananas who are extremely experienced vets and in great shape. So, no I don't think it's the same. Not to mention all the built in alliances for the past however many years. Challenge USA featured a lot more middle aged men and a couple middle aged women, not to mention a good portion of them who had no business being on the show, like the YOUNG ones from Love Island who were not in competition shape and probably more excited to be on tv then to actually play, with one exception of course. Angela's real competition was Desi, and Sarah. She's better than both imo. She ate that season up, and glad she did cause I love her. But let's not pretend that Tyler has less competition to go up against lol.

This, plus Kaycee won so many competitions in the late stretch that the last week she could've been evicted was at Top 9. At that point Tyler would've have no reason to eliminate a number
It depends on what u call middle aged. Tiff and Tasha are both in their 40's. Tasha was 45 when she was on. Sarah is also 39 or 40 I believe. Desi is 33. Shan is 36. And all of the YOUNGER women were not in competition shape and not cut out for the Challenge, like most of the Love Island girls. On the other hand, the men on this season are all in top shape, have competed well physically in other shows and are similar ages or younger than the women on last season.
