Hold up, no. The survivor production team didn't tell them everything so they didn't know. They apologized for it when they found out because they didn't know how serious the accusations were.
OMG I am enraged watching this again. A girl named Kellee kept saying she was being inappropriately touched by a guy named Dan. The elder lady in this video Janet found out about it and got very emotional and agreed that they were all voting out Dan because of how uncomfortable he made Kellee.

He should've been removed long before then. Giving her another chance isn't wrong, especially when she wasn't the one to commit the egregious act.
