Idk what their history is but melissa seems cool with both of them now. Rogan and kyle are some of the few people from the challenge that she follows on IG

I can see Billy going either way: be as successful as Zach was on Seasons or pull a Vendettas Rogan. When you're that big, it's either amazing or bad, no in between
