I guess the whole Nia and Averey thing is just weird to me. You have Averey who doesn't really have a athletic background and mainly talks about Pokemon on Twitter but people thinks she going to be a good competitor. Then you have Nia who has a athletic background and was training up until she left before Free Agents and people were saying she was going to suck. I guess different strokes for different folks.
I'm hoping Jasmine isn't asked to come on this Challenge but if it's Exes I guess they'll try to use Swift who would be so much better with LaToya.
her and svetlana on the Duel OHH MY that was great eye candy. Diem also!
I loved Diem on the Duel, like CT said, she looked like a sexy secret agent.
What's wrong with pokemon? lol... Averey is like my dream girl.
Pokemon hasn't been good for like ten years. lol
What's wrong with pokemon? lol... Averey is like my dream girl.
Give me Cara Maria please!
I also never understood the expectation that Averey is going to be a good competitor. She hasn't really shown anything of the sort. I think at this point we really can't predict how good she'll be until we actually see her.

Averey has a tough side like Laurel where Nia seems to be a bit of a baby like Jessica. When the going gets tough I think Nia is the type of person that will always quit
Kina has a Ph.D I can only imagine the looks on people's faces when she walked into a class. Nia is all talk. I know she is tall and played volleyball for a couple of years at Howard, so I have no doubt she is naturally gifted when it comes to athletics. However, no number of Instagram posts about the Booty Belt will convince me that she has the toughness and willingness to deal with pain like Emily, Cooke, Cara, etc. She claims to have quit smoking now, but other than the fight with Averey, my main memories of her from Portland are sitting on the couch in her underwear while eating sandwiches and not moving an inch for hours at a time. Definitely didn't strike me as some fitness nut just a year ago.

That sounds like pain to me.
Pokemon hasn't been good for like ten years. lol
The only one I like is the first generation.
The only one I like is the first generation.
Me too. You can't even pay me to watch it now.
She was literally connected by a rope to Cara for over an hour while losing feeling in one of her arms. I'll take Nia over Averey in a Challenge anyday. I'm hoping Averey proves me wrong this upcoming challenge.

I just really wish we had another big team challenge that way we can see how people like Theresa and Leroy would perform in a final because there's more of a chance they'll reach the end. Since BMP is never going to retire the Rivals/Exes themes, they should do an Exes 2, then a new format like a big team, if it has bad ratings they go back to Rivals, then a new format, if that has bad ratings as well then do another Exes lol kind of like a teeter totter.
She was literally connected by a rope to Cara for over an hour while losing feeling in one of her arms. Jonna, for example, can be an asset on a final since she supposedly has endurance and is good at puzzles. Also, she is tiny so she can be easy to carry.
I get the impression from her that she finds excuses no matter what whenever she loses. I feel like BMP is going to keep going back and forth between Rivals/Exes which is why they won't be legit exes or rivals. Inferno 4 is what I want to see. There is also a lot more drama on team challenges.
I feel like Heroes vs. Villains can do good, but with a name that attracts viewers.
that was the Inferno 2 & 3. the format was good guys vs. bad a**es.
I feel like Heroes vs. Villains can do good, but with a name that attracts viewers.
what name would attract viewers and would they ever do that again? bad a**es vs. good guys.
what name would attract viewers and would they ever do that again? bad a**es vs. good guys.
They should just call it Heroes vs. Villains. I just feel like the Inferno is such a generic name.
I'm curious as to why people are making Averey out to be this good competitor. She hasn't competed in a Challenge and last I heard she worked at Hooters. Is there something I'm missing?
I honestly don't know why I think Averey will be a good competitor. Just an inkling I guess. She's in good shape which doesn't always translate but she kind of had a tomboyish side and she sort of just seemed like the type of girl who was just good at whatever she did. I can't really explain it. But I remember thinking it was pretty sweet that she hit the bullseye or whatever at that zombie camp on her first try. I'm not saying that = challenge potential but idk, I just have a hunch.
I get the impression from her that she finds excuses no matter what whenever she loses. If it wasn't her arm it would've been something else...
That wouldn't make sense in that situation when she basically handed Cara the win. They had been going for over a hour and she was losing feeling in her arm. If she didn't just lay over it probably wouldn't have lasted even longer. I could see if it was two minutes in and she lost and was complaining but that definitely wasn't the case.

Everyone has a breaking point and it appears to me that hers is easier to reach than some. I just don't think she can really dig deep to come out with a win and I wouldn't count on her to give me 110% no matter what. She might be bigger faster and stronger than most of the girls on the show but I'll take Cara Maria all day everyday over Nia

I feel like alot of newer generation would do very well in a team challenge because most of them are solid competitors and could very well reach the final challenge and win. It's one reason Why I really want another team challenge I don't get why BMP won't do them.

In this latest generation of Challenges, Bananas/CT have won most of the Challengers. I really don't think Brad would've ever won a Challenge if Cut Throat never existed. Unfortunately.

Nia didn't perform great, but not poorly either. The fact that she's taller & weighs more than most girls is a HUGE advantage. Pun intended.
