You know what is most baffling about the Jets tonight? Why Rex Ryan decided to challenge a placement (on the freaking first drive of the game) but went for the 1st down anyway then didn't challenge a much more disputable TD at a more crucial time in the game? So silly.

The first challenge was stupid.
That said, that TD would not have been overturned, so I guess he saved a timeout. ;)

I know it wouldn't have been overturned but if you are going to challenge something, challenge that!
I think the crowd, or cold maybe, is getting to Sanchez. :D
The game just proved what we already knew... The jets have not been playing any where near what their record is... Hopefully this will be a wake up call for them and they will get it together!
On the upside, now I'm getting Greenbay/Detroit instead of NY Giants/Minnesota. I'd much rather watch Aaron Rodgers rip it up than Favre licking his wounds on the bench.
Although I am looking forward to the second game (NE/Chicago) I know it is going to run late and screw up the TAR finale.

I don't think it will run late, Chicago should make quick work of New England :yes3:
I'm watching the Oakland/Jacksonville game. I don't care to see the Lions get their butts kicked by Aaron Rogers. Plus, I'm a Chiefs fan so I'm pulling for the Jags to win so the Raiders don't win the AFC West.

I am watching it too, go figure that this is actually a meaningful game. Prior to week 1, if you told me week 14 between Oakland vs. Jacksonville would have any importance, I probably would have told you to have another drink.

I get the stupid Chiefs/Chargers game instead. :(
A scoreless first half...*yawn*
So boring. I switched over to the snowboarding Grand Prix to support a fellow New Hampshireite Scotty Lago. And to see Louis Vito because he's adorable.
It is almost the 4th quarter. Detroit has thrown for a net grand total of....wait for it, wait for it...ZERO YARDS (although I really think they could count the passes Green Bay keeps throwing to them.)

Yes that was a poor performance by the Lions qb today but they got their 3rd win, and finally beat a team in their division.
Are the Pats dominating as much as the score makes it seem? I've been checking the game cast since I can't watch the game and it looks like it's been all Pats so far.

The Bears had 33 net yards total in the first half (19 rushing and 14 passing.) They are getting obliterated and making the Jets of last week, look good.

Nice! Wish I could watch. I thought it was going to be a much closer game but I'll take a blow-out :D
