Von Smith's performance was really great. Taylor is good as well. Anyone know how is her last name pronounced? Also, I don't know why but Felicia Barton's name sounds really familiar.

I didn't enjoy this show enough to keep a running commentary like I did the last few weeks. Lil was definitely a good choice to close the show. I noticed the ones that went last the past two weeks (Danny and Adam) both made the top 12, so I think Lil will end up making it, too. She was definitely the best girl of the night. I think the best guy happened to be Jorge. I think Scott is more well known, though, cause of his disability and more people would've been following him. I think Scott will get more votes that Jorge. Von didn't do bad, either, but I find him somewhat forgettable. I'm voting for Felicia cause she's from Virginia Beach, so I gotta help represent!

I went to a Kanye West concert about 3 years ago and Fantasia opened for him. She. Was. HORRIBLE. I could hardly believe that she was an American Idol.

Lil was awesome...my guess for the 3 chosen tonight, Ju'not, Lil, and probably Scott. Although I would like to see Von get it.
So after tonight that will make 9 idols, aren't there usually 12? How will they get the other 3? Give those who did not make it another shot?

They are having a wild card round on Thursday where they will pick 3 more to join the top 12. I think those are all judges pick.

I'm really not sure of the whole process, only that apparently the judges can pick anyone they want (I don't think they need to be in the top 36). I will have to look for the article again but realityblurred.com had an explanation about a week ago as to how this will work.
