Chuck: Season 2 - Episode Discussion

Is anyone else going to tune into the new season of Chuck tonight? I liked the show when it premiered, but my hopes for it turning into a mega hit faded as the plot became more convoluted with less of the humor that initially drew me in (and more filler stunts.)

Hopefully they can start off on the right foot and get back to what made this show one of the few "hits" of 2007.

p.s. Yvonne Strahovski is....er....Lets just say I wouldn't kick her out of bed.

Never really watched it or had a desire to either but after seeing a promo of the new season I guess I could check it out sometime just to see if it's any good. And I wouldn't kick her out either...more like trying to drag her in lol

speaking of bedrooms, here she is dressing (or undressing) in one on the set...

Definitely gets my "hot" vote

Re: Chuck: Season 2 - Episode Discussion

I really liked this episode. It had a much better feel to it than the last few weeks. The Sarah storyline was touching and I appreciate the depth the writers are trying to bring to her character.

Nichole Richie was alright in her role, although I think she could still stand to take a few acting lessons. The sideshow at the Buy More, was...a sideshow. We all know the real hook to the series is the Chuck/Sarah interaction and I just consider the rest filler (although there were a few laughs offered along the way.)

The previews for the coming weeks look good. If they bring in a serious love interest that is 100% believable I think that it could turn this show around for the better. If they can make Sarah want Chuck while at the same time make him genuinely want someone else (and be torn) it could add the right magic into the equation that has been lacking this season.

I now have hope.
