Chuck Pilot

I watched the Chuck pilot a few days ago and really enjoyed it. Maybe that is because the series primary demographic is, me!

I loved all the "inside" computer jokes (like how he programmed something on his TRS-80 which was my first computer too!) The great part is that you don't even need to get the computer jokes, that is only a bonus. The dialog is witty and the action scenes scream "big budget."

Yvonne Strzechowski is "uber" hot as the CIA heroine. She is more then enough reason for me to keep watching, although it really is hard to see her and geeky Zachary Levi actually hooking up. Well.....as Beauty and the Geek has shown in the past, anything can happen.

I hope some of you give this series a shot. It is a quirky, light comedy that fills the small screen with charm and adventure - a much need break from the monotony of yet another dancing or singing show.

Re: Chuck Pilot

Finally got a chance to see the pilot tonight. This show is nothing of what I was expecting. But I thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought there would be more comedy. It was funny enough. I guess the CIA stuff just threw me a bit.

Hopefully I can keep up with my recorded shows, so I am not holed up in my room wasting my weekend away watching them all.

Re: Chuck Pilot

Glad you caught the pilot.

I personally wish there was more comedy and less action. Levi is funny if they let him act. Maybe NBC will take my thoughts into consideration?
