Re: Today is Tuesday You Know What That Means Chat

I'm getting ready to start my to busy afternoon/evening. Have a good one all if I don't get back. Maybe we will get more people to chat other days, as word spreads.

Hey Bacchus, you do chat, despite what you said, tee hee.

Good luck with the house Kathleen. Just carry the chat into the work area and do both tonight, lol.

Watching curling is definitely a surreal experience. So much passion about sweeping! If only I could find such devotion in my own daily chores.
Thanks for the Link Bacchus, I am sitting here racking my brain trying to figure out if I know what curling was...here are some possibilities I came up with (just for laughs, haha)...

1. working the biceps (arm curls, LMAO)

2. Ribbon twirling (you know the gymnastincs thing...don't ask me where that one came from)

3. curling ribbons for sport??

I must admit they were some crazy possiblities but I didn't feel like searching the net for more info, LOL.

Hahahaha! I knew that I needed to post a link! I am going to guess 9 in 10 Americans have no idea what curling is!

If I didn't know better, I'd go with option 3 Stacee. I have been through many a Christmas/Birthday and still don't have that scissor/ribbon thing down.

Re: Today is Tuesday: You Know What That Means - Chat!

Here's my random chatting for the day. I had an interview, it went REALLY well, just don't know if I wanna take the job or not.

Aaaaand this afternoon it was sunny and in the mid sixties. Felt like spring. In a matter of a couple of hours, there is now frost and ice everywhere and the windchill is below zero and it is cold. Probably not as cold as in Canada and Maine, but if you consider the drastic difference over the course of a few hours, it is insane!!!

Oh! And I knew what curling was! Not sure how, I think I've seen it on a movie or sometimes I watch weird sporting events on television when I'm bored.
