For those of you with a high speed internet connection and a love of all things entertainment, Joost might be right for you. It is a high speed media player service that has a vast catalog of current and archived television shows (like last weeks CSI for instance) as well as music videos and other varied clips.

Once you sign up, you can enjoy these shows in full screen and on demand. MTV Networks has an exclusive deal with Joost, so you will see all of their shows (like The Hills and Real World) on there along with many others from the major networks and channels you have never heard of (although no CW yet.)

Joost also cares a variety of original programming. It is a full service IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) and is all the rage right now. Expect to see the 'net dominated by services like this in the near future.
