My pleasure. I was a (usually) happy member there, too. I really miss "Montana Lives'" spoilers. She could get cast member to talk to her on AIM during a challenge, which is kind of spectacular stuff. I've suggested to her that she join here, but she says she is kind of over the drama (and people who doubted her info (until after stuff aired months later).

Hey Nick!!!!! LONG time no see! (And hello to everyone else!) Yes, it's sad that Tubescan no longer exists. I sure do miss it. Heck I spent a good 7 years on it and have met (either off line or on) so many great people. There was so much great info on the site and it's a shame that it's all gone now.

But yes, I have set up that myspace page and I know it isn't a full-fledged message board, but at least it's a place where all former members can get together and catch up.

But for any former members that would like to contact me directly, you can do so at joanne@realitycares.org or through myspace on the Tubescan page.

This site looks pretty cool! Looks like I'm gonna start message board posting again.

Hey Joanne! I was mucho happy to find that you and a few of the gang were on MySpace, so I sent out some friend requests (and told them they should come hang out here!) I had no idea how to locate people until I posted on here and asked haha

Re: Anyone remember Tubescan?

Welcome Joanne! My condolences on years of work being erased. Obviously losing the content hurts, but I am sure losing the bonds and friendships created over the years hurts even more. I read your piece on myspace and everything you said about Kevin, fit. If he did not want to continue, at the very least he could have offered to repoint the domain to a location of the other partners choosing. That would have taken 2 minutes, instead of leaving it dead.

Even if you lost all of the content you could have sent it to a free blogger.com account or something in the mean time and had a message explaining what happened, offering a place for everyone to keep in touch while you made a decision as to how to proceed. The way things went down, most people were lost and had no idea what happened. As you can see, we are just finding out!

Maybe when the domain comes back up this summer, you will decide to begin anew. The name still has value for the users that used to call it home, even if google has purged it from memory.

Until then feel free to pull up a chair and hang out with us!
