Lost

Those of us that were pulled in with Find815.com recognized what was going on in the opening scene. The Christiane 1 is the freighter that our friend Sam boarded in hopes of uncovering the truth of what happened to Oceanic815. I for one didn't get past chapter four, so I'm not sure how the game ends.

Four new characters were introduced in 'Confirmed Dead', I'm not sure how wise it was to introduce them so fully so soon. In one way it gets it all done and over with...these are who they are, and now that you know we can get back to business.

Speaking of who they are, they are all obviously connected to 815 in some way. Maybe they knew someone on the plane or what have you. There was a reason why Daniel was so upset about the news that they were found and confirmed dead and prompted him to join this venture.

Now I'm not saying they all have the same agenda. At least three of them are being used and pulled on a string by this Matthew Abbadon fellow. We know their target is Ben. But why?

Are they descendants from the Dharma people? Are they wanting to exact revenge because he killed their family members?

Obviously the Brit (sorry drawing a blank on her name) knows something of Dharma. She seemed to understand what the collar on the polar bear meant.

So there is no sister of Naomi's that is going to be popping out of the brush on the island. It was just a duress code phrase. And we know that Naomi is working with Abbadon, they probably learned of Penny and her search of Desmond and just made Penny their cover. I caught the 'Black Ops', so we are to believe that they are government, but for right now I'll hold my opinion.

It was an okay episode, but I just can't help but feel that we are wasting time here. I can't wait until next week, at least we know that one more member of the Oceanic 6 will be revealed.

Oh, before I forget....birds. There were birds chirping. I have never heard that before. That electronic pulse blocker thing must have kept them all away. I'm not sure how significant that is. I just thought it was odd. Because when they showed the pilot of the chopper I kept saying he's not on the island...there are birds..he's not on the island. But I was wrong.

Tell me what you thought, because I don't want to be a downer.

I was actually disappointed in the "teaser" ending.

Ben says (paraphrasing) "I have someone on the ship." - Ok...great Ben. I thought you were some sort of Island Demi-God. Bummer.

I was hoping for something a bit loftier. More prophetic. Instead, we were told that Ben has a radio and understands radio using technologies. Oh wow. Shocker.

Boooooom LOST.

Not the way I wanted that to end.

On the upside, I felt they good job of bringing new people into the story in the least offensive way. I am intrigued. I think it will work. Only time will tell, but I appreciate the way the story is heading.

Guess I am going to have to call that number (which looks legit) for Oceanic survivors and get answers from the puppet men.

I forgot to talk about Miles. Shame on him for using his psychic super powers for personal gains. Tsk tsk. Somehow I doubt he'll be one of those characters that we will one day learn has a softer side. Or even care if he does.

I think Daniel is a good guy just working on the wrong side at the moment.

I agree about Danny (and you know "Faraday" is a classic Lost clue.) The second I heard his last name I laughed. And then when Miles told him not to say his last name.......I knew something was up. That was a "geek" shout out.

I can't call the number....I was watching on a different TV and not recording. Now I want to go back....but I can't go back. KATE! WE HAVE TO GO BAAAAAACK!

It is just a female Oceanic representative that tells us there is no new information on flight 815 and to speak to our grief representative for further information (if we are a family member) during the daily briefing.

I saw the number on EW, but I didn't call.

After sleeping on it, I'm wondering just how much of Sam Thomas and Find815 will we be seeing on Lost.

Abbaddon working for Oceanic Airways??? Somehow I don't think so. Hanso/Dharma group, if I had to say anyone.

This episode was all just a tease...and im starting to get frustrated.

Ben - "Locke please dont kill me i have answers"
Locke - "well i want answers. NOW. whats the smoke monster?"
Ben - "umm im going to stall for a little while longer"
Locke "WHAT IS IT"
Ben - "here's something totally unrelated...."

stupid. i kind of want the show to be over just so i can get the answers i want. raaarg.

Lets hope that tonight is full of answers. Lost started losing viewers a long time ago because of this trademarked format of answering every question with a question. I really wish that they would take a cue from Heroes and actually start giving answers.

I have a feeling they will........just not yet. Little do you know one sentence actually answers everything! I have answers! The one sentence is (actually just 3 little words!) - if you dare:
