Bones: Ep 302 - Soccer Mom in the Mini-van Why do kids have to bug you to help with their homework when you show is on? I didn't really get to see the first 30 minutes or so. I got enough to see what was going on. I'm really getting ticked with the fake DC backdrop for the final scene. Enough already. They never felt the need to do this the first two seasons. It wasn't broke, don't fix it! Booth mentioned that he was only 35, and it was distracting...because damn he's hot but he ain't no 35! At least I don't think so. I'm gonna have to google him now....born 1969. I knew it! Zach just cracks me up. Just something about a cute geek that gets me every time. I really thought the old cop did it. I was only mildly shocked to find out the real killer.

Re: S03 E02 Well... I wasn't crazy about this episode... First off, Hodges is a crazy horn-dog? Puhleeze! He jumped through hoops to get Angela and at the first sign of cleavage (or as it's known to me and Kath "Cleavland") he gets all 12 year-old boy? No. I don't think so. I did like when the Hot Scientist screwed up and suddenly... not so hot anymore! HA! There was hardly any "Bones" type stuff in this ep. I thought it lacked the techie stuff that makes it better than other crime shows. More later... gotta run.

Re: S03 E02 Yeah, this epi was a little disappointing. I think the only reason Hodges shot his load over her was because she was a hot female version of him. Like you said, he didn't find her not so attractive once she made a mistake. He better not screw up what he has with Angela.

You know what's the worst? The in-the-car background footage of Booth and Brennan. I've been to D.C. Lots. It doesn't look like L.A. At all. You can really notice it when they pull a U-ie and the streets are all shiney and wet-ish. The store fronts are the boutique-type. No.

Re: S03 E02 I loved how both of their windows were down in the car and Bones' hair wasn't blowing around!

Re: S03 E02 I don't mind all that so much but the final scene on the steps or the one last week just gets on my nerves. The back drop is fake. I can see it and it bugs me. They never used it before so I have no idea why they are using it now. We know they don't shoot in DC, but we can go with it. Throw in cheesy fake cheap visual cues and it pisses me off.
