I agree 100%.

If I had to make a list of all the seasons it would be:

1.Back to New York

2.Hollywood

3.Hawaii

4.New Orleans

5.Boston

6.Miami

7.Chicago

8.New York

9.San Francisco

10.Los Angeles

11.Seattle

12.San Diego

13.Denver

14.Las Vegas

15.Key West

16.Philadelphia

17.Austin

18.Sydney

19.London

20.Paris

Paris was just so unentertaining. It wasn't even okay at best. To me it doesn't beat London and that season is as bad as it gets. Ace was the only one interesting in that season and the only who came off that season that I ever liked.

I loved it when Ace told the strippers that he was the son of Samuel Walton (Wal Mart). That's pretty much the only thing entertaining I remember about that season.

I remember the part where I heard, "Hello my name is CT and...."

I pretty much tuned out right around there.

I liked Ace...Mallory always got on my nerves. Then again she was so young.

I think they cant go to any ball games , they were doing a photo shoot tho and didnt know about it at the time. It couldnt have been fake cause at the time kyle was worried about his then girlfriend.

Hmmm. You're right, they were just @ Wrigley field doing a shoot.
I don't know. It may not have been actually taped in real time (for whatever reason) but I'm sure noone would have had to "fake" a reaction to anything like that...

LOL, well then I'm going to go out on a limb and say you really can't judge the season either way. 3-4 minutes (wasn't CT the very first person that was shown in his hometown, or was it Mallory first?) of anything isn't enough to know whether it's good or not.

I think people are too quick to cream their jeans over the original seasons of RW. Sure they weren't packed full of all the drunken drama and hooking up that RW is full of now, but LA, San Fran, and London really weren't that great. Yes, San Fran had some of the most "real" and intense storylines ever to be shown on the show BUT there was also a large number of cast members and storylines that were beyond boring. For instance, sure the Puck/Pedro stuff was interesting and Rachel brought an interesting new republican POV to the show, but Cory, Mo, Judd, Pam, and Jo were for the most part a giant snoozefest.

As for Chicago being "fake" I think it all has to do with what you consider fake. Yes, on the show it showed them being horrified upon supposedly seeing and learning of the horrors of 9/11 when in reality they had learned about it earlier. However, that doesn't erase their reactions and the truth is they probably were still just as shocked and mortified at the footage even if they had already heard about it a couple hours before. Yes, it's reality but you need to remember this is also TV. It needs to be realized that if everything was shown in real time as it actually happened, we'd probably be bored to death.

I was kidding, lol. I actually watched Paris, although looking back I kind of wish I got out more that year instead.

London was the second worst ever on my humble list. General rule of thumb for me is if it was overseas (or in Texas) - it sucked.
