Well my question has been answered! :-)
Mr. Will Gill did an interview and he was asked the question involving oral sex regarding Ms. Reva.

Yeah she gave him head. He even said it when he and her left the confessional and he went in the room and told the girls what he did.

He didn't explicitly state - "Reva performed oral sex on me" but he made enough of an allusion for viewers to infer that
