--Lighting 101. Multiple hot spots with video 100 IRE and chroma 110 IRE.
--Final Cut Pro and sound track hands-on training. The audio edit points just suck.
--Color correct and finished to SMTPE Standard; it's all over the map with the jump cuts

I'm in the business of producing quality, for broadcast video. Sloppy work is just that. If he can't get the basics right, then why should I believe he knows how to do more than "show?"
