Yeah, Matt has really put a few on. It's a shame; he was a decent-looking guy just a few years ago when he did the Gauntlet. Trishelle is looking a little worse-for-the-wear in those pictures, but maybe it's just the angles. And that jacket is not particularly flattering. I'm a bit shocked that Mallory showed up--I thought she was as done as anyone can be with these things. I like Ace and Jillian's hairstyles. I do not like Eric Neis' hairstyle. And Tonya, white pants in March? Shame on you.

I wonder if people who didn't show up would have if they had realized how many people actually would show up. I imagine they don't get many opportunities to be in a big group like that and talk to people they've been out-of-touch with for awhile. Happy to see Lori out and about. And Jacquese! Who knew?!

I know V1man mentioned that Brad had another obligation, but since they're doing a Frankie tribute and she passed so recently, I'm a little surprised that the MIA SD cast members didn't make more of an effort to attend. Even if you think it's a "for-profit" event, I'm sure BMP and MTV were genuinely saddened by Frankie's death and will do a nice tribute. Or at least, I hope they will. I'm actually surprised that MTV didn't twist Brad's arm a little harder, since he's nominated for three or so awards. Though it looks from Tori's myspace like she's not feeling well, so maybe that also contributed.

Overall, this might actually be a cool show to watch! Definitely a bigger turn-out than I expected.

Beth is not married. Why would you even post that Beth may have given a fake name to a red carpet photographer? On Beth's behalf, I find that a little insulting.

The way these things work is that MTV is responsible for the Red Carpet and has a PA announcing the names of people before they walk the carpet and another PA standing with the photographers answering questions like "who is this?" and "What show?" Except for idiot events, people walking on the red carpet don't give their names. They are there to be photogenic and it is the photogs job to know whom they are shooting. I have a few of decades under my belt in working red carpets and names get screwed up all the time. Email already sent to Getty to point out their error.
